I had a Just Eat delivery from here. Arrived on time with friendly driver! I ordered the Fattoush Mixed Grill + Rice the chicken Cubes were lovely as well as all the other meats especially the lamb cube which were delicious.. full of flavour and with a tasty grilled taste 😁 well recomend 😁👌👍

Absolutely disgusted.I’ve been going to Fattoush both metro center and westgate rd for a while now and know their good and bad, had many bad experiences but I never thought to actually write a review. Today I placed an order through a phone call and they told me the food will be ready in 20 minutes. After arriving at the restaurant I went there to pay and they told me cash only and if I wanted cash there is a cash machine around the corner about 5 minutes walk at a temperature of 2degrees, I asked her why she didn’t mention that on the phone and she just arrogantly smiled. Cash machine didn’t work so I went back and told them to cancel my order, then the arrogant young lady said “ wait you can do a bank transfer, we stop taking card payments about 2 years ago” when a week before I used my card at their restaurant. I know some business owners do tax evasion and they are known for that, but to do it to a regular customer that’s disgusting.

Usually I was ordering the wrap which is lovely and tasty but I don't and I cannot admit the issue from a chef which cannot make the difference between spicy and not spicy. Chef, if you eat spicy, not everyone eat spicy, and an advice... take out the earphones, probably that's why you're not so careful when the customer talk to you. Totally disappointed against the fact that the food is amazing. Shame, you should pay more interest to your job than to your chat with colleagues.

I have been a regular at Fattoush for years and years but today I ordered my regular order, the food was stale and cold. Chips tasted like they'd been there since lunch time and even the sauce didn't taste the same. Everything was BLAND. When we rang (and VERY politely, may I add) we explained that we are regular customers, order a few times a week and come into the restaurant but that the food wasn't up to standards. The manager Abdul was so rude and patronising and even raised his voice to us, it was as if he was the one who recieved the awful food. He told us the food wasn't going to change and spoke in a passive aggressive manner. Clearly the quality has gone down the drain.We have a large group of family and friends and we order for gatherings as well. So they've lost out big time. Well done Abdul 👏🏼If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Cold food, poor service.Unfortunately all food is cold on delivery. Called to ask if we were meant to reheat the food. Food cost £70 and really not impressed by the fact it’s cold. Told it couldn’t possibly be, well it is and here is proof.Called back to tell them that reheating turned it to rubber, guy was argumentative and rude, apparently they called the person on the same delivery run as us to ask if food was hot. No problem, apparently they do 150+ orders and I am only one with a issue. A good thermometer doesn’t lie, had to put it all in the bin! Would never order again from here, customer service is massively lacking. Apparently wrapping food in tinfoil and cling film means that they could put the food outside in the cold for a hour and it wouldn’t get cold... well the photos prove that theory is massively incorrect.

After a long journey and your starving this is the place to come if your in Newcastle, the portions are huge and the food a meat eaters heaven lol. Lovely friendly service in a nice clean cosy place. The food was great maybe abit pricey for the area but cant fault the food, defo will be back.

Delicious food and good portion as well. I love the chicken shawarma wrap with cheese here. Must visit restaurant if you like kebab and wraps. Although I doubt the hygiene and quality here as I haven't seen the staff wearing masks.
