Edit: ordered again after being very happy with my previous order. This time went for the chicken teriyaki as they don’t have the beef option on the app. It seems my teriyaki was missing? So I received a bowl of dry chicken thighs and rice 😬Pleasantly surprised! Ordered through Uber, arrived super quickly, still warm. Came with a piece of brownie, some spring rolls too.The chicken katsu was lovely as well. Best prices around for a quick takeaway and you get loads!

If you eat from a specific restaurant everyday you will definitely get bored of. But this one you will love it more and more. This place is perfect. Lovely food and lovely staff.

I had Unagi Don as in the pic. Unagi itself was surprisingly succulent and good. However other combi was a bit weird; steamed carrots and broad beans, sweet corns and spring onion on top of Unagi which was laid on...Jasmine rice or Basmati rice, is it? I wasn't expecting much initially, but just surprised...as they don't come together in Japan. I am Japanese btw.

Amazing … cheap… fresh… super healing soup when they don’t run out .

Best meal in Newcastle for less than £10 in my opinion. Brilliant food, cheap prices and great customer service. My only complaint is how fast all the best dishes sell out. Recommend the pumpkin for any vegetarians.

I order takeaway curry chicken and ramen. Both are good taste and box is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic! I could eat here everyday without getting bored or broke 😂 honestly, this is the perfect place for quick, filling and delicious lunches, 100% recommend giving it a try. It’s located in the centre which shouldn’t be too hard to find. 💯!

My new go-to place for chicken katsu curry. Tastes as good as those that I’ve had in Tokyo!

I tried this place for the first time, I had the teriyaki tofu. It was really nice, the tofu was sweet (but not too sweet) I added a bit of soy sauce to the rice just to add a bit extra flavour. The rest of the bowl was nice.My only complaint is that the spring rolls were cold in the middle, they were part of my friends food so it wasn't my problem, but it is the only thing stopping me giving 5 stars
