5 star experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The menu wasn’t large but had a choice that covered every need. Don’t say no to the popadoms because the chutney was the best I’ve ever had. Will certainly be going back.

Came here with with friends on a busy friday night. This place has a great atmosphere & staff are all really friendly. Considering we were a large party of 14 the service was fantastic & all our food came out together. We had some allergies to cater for & everything on the menu was clearly explained. Will definately back 😊

For mains, we ordered Lamb shank kashmiri rogan josh and Handi lazeez (chicken). They were delicious, and I really recommend the lamb shank for meat lovers.We were given complementary ice cream at the end, which was a very good touch from them.Speaking of which, the staff were very friendly, and they showed very good hospitality.

Lovely experience:) didn’t got a table booked just came in ordered curry & naan the iconic Indian things and they were great! Got a roughly 15% discount and 2 free drinks which was the strongest stuffs ever had in my life with herbs taste

Simla is a true gem! The food is very authentic, the flavours are complex, presentation is appetizing, and the overall service is incredible.I can’t recommend this place enough. The gin cocktails are very well balanced and compliment the richness of the bites perfectly. The chicken tikka masala and the lamb Biryani were perfect! And the pakoras were a hit as well!Will be coming back soon!

Absolutely great meal tonight. I went there on my own due to a business stay. Went because of the great recommendations on TripAdvisor. I was really well looked after,they had room for one! Absolutely great food and service.

Nice food but got ripped off with starters being added that we didn't ask for , and then found we'd been overcharged from the menu price.Then an issue with a bottle of wine was handled awfully.Money grabbers.Food is the only saving grace .

Absolutely one of the best for sure the lamb chops were to die for, my partners lamb spicy and tender, great service great ambience, a must if you love your curries 😊

Excellent Indian cuisine and superb service. We were almost immediately seated upon arrival on an extremely busy Friday night, having made reservations, and promptly asked if we'd like drinks while looking through the menu.I ordered Lamb Shank Rogan Josh while my wife got a shrimp curry dish. Both were exceptional. Highly recommend Simla, celebrating their 40th year anniversary that night. Reservations also highly recommended.
