Lovely salad and clean & tidy environment

Not enough staff at a busy time. Some ingredients not available. Sandwich OK but fell apart too easily.

Would have give it 5 stars but they didn't cut it in half and when I left and opened it it caused lots to fall out

I didn't think I would ever be put off subway until this visit. The bread was 'toasted' to the point there was no cheese left on the measley portion of steak and the lad just didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, repeatedly trying to give me the wrong thing and still getting my order wrong. I stopped him twice. Two staff were sitting with the computer while the clearly flustered untrained lad tried to do his best.The shop was disgusting, menu boards were missing, just blanc spaces. The things I ordered were not available yet they were the items shown on the only menu cards displayed, causing me to choose from the top of my head. I will not be returning again, worst subway I've ever had and not cheap for a dry sandwich.

Terrible experience here. The staff were very intense. They were training a new lad so I guess that’s why they were so intense on the rules. The staff after I ordered when it was slow in the queue were talking openly and loudly about non professional thing.It was really warm in there and the location was very dated.

Well, I ordered a cheese and bacon melt and my partner a steak and cheese with salad. A new girl served us who was being trained, fair enough everyone has to start somewhere. However, when you are stood there and they are weighing everything to the exact gram is beyond me, this kind of training should be done out the back so they have an idea of portion size. I asked for a small amount of chili sauce, only for a different girl to put a large squirt on. When we eventually sat down to eat it, opened the said Sandwiches only to behold a a pile of mush, slop that's all I can describe it as. Needed gloves to eat it, which we didn't, promptly returned them, we asked the manager if this was acceptable, she said no, I rest my case. If it's not acceptable for her, why on earth would I pay hard earned money for that. The manager was as bright as a blackout. Wont be returning.

This subway has a manager that is nothing but rude to its employees. The manager is obviously dealing with some life crisis and taking it out on her employees, making them constantly at unease because of how unfair she is and making their lives more difficult than it already is being a young minimum wage worker.She has no idea how to be professional despite being the manager. I will not be purchasing anything from a store with such poor and unprofessional management.I hope the workers realise all this and find a better place to work with actual professionals and people who understand circumstance.

I enjoy eating at Subway. I like the food. The shop wasnt busy at the time and the staff on shift were pleasant. The shop felt a little cold for mid morning. I was served correctly and appropriately. I was upsold an upgrade on my sandwich but not to a meal or extras.

Pretty standard Subway really but naughty server picked up a chocolate cookie with bare hands. I think whoever is manager would not appreciate that at all. Plenty of seating and the food was as expected.

Food tastes nice but the bread is never split properly (too thin on one side, ripped etc) so you end up eating most of your filling from the paper!
