Food tastes great, staff need to be trained up better you buy a pot of the cheese sauce and its not even half full and the quesadilla had next to no meat in it how do they think this is acceptable its laughable 🙈

Took a drive from teesside for the day, wanted to try it since we are out on a nice Saturday, 12:31 this sign was up on the door stating they would open at 3pm, so since we drove so far we thought it would be appropriate to stay until then so we decided to walk around Newcastle make a day of it, only to return to see the sign had been altered, extremely disappointed, guess I'll stick to making homemade

Used to be my favourite place to go in Town for food but has majorly gone downhill. Always dirty & unkept messy filthy tables with food left all over them & the chairs, never have any salt sachets, some of the staff can be miserable (others are really lovely but it's hit & miss). Went in tonight & so many things unavailable, waited absolutely ages for food had to settle with cos nothing else was really available, no receipt on the machine you pay at to show which is yours, once again no salt sachets & then went to get drink from drinks machine & no ice. Drinks were all warm & flat from the vending machine. Not good & not enjoyable. Disappointed & feel money was wasted, Especially when been a good customer since it opened & spent a fortune over the past 3 years!

I've visited here twice recently. On both visits the place was clean and tidy. The food is generally good. There were a few items not available on my most recent visit and a couple of small niggles (no ice available for our drinks and my food was a little on the cool side). The service is slower than you normally get in a fast food place but there are far fewer staff than the likes of McDonalds.Overall I'd give it an 8/10

Great little import from the good old 🇺🇸. Not a big tortilla fan but this was really nice. We shared a couple of the boxed meals and we were surprised to really enjoy the change in a fast food venue. Staff were lovely despite the fast pace of churning out the food. Very busy with all kinds and ages of customers. Definitely going again.

Food was nice enough - the seasoned fries are a highlight, it's tasty and it's a nice change from the usual fast food. But the place itself has a really loud aircon unit or something which has a constant loud buzz in the background. Don't get me wrong I don't expect fine dining ambience in a taco bell but it had me on the edge 🤣 I tried moving seats but the noise just followed me. I don't know how the staff cope with it. Think I'll go for takeout next time.

It was OK. The food was alright, the price was low so wasn't expecting a Michelin star dish. It did take quite a long time to get it though, I'd say probably a good 15 min, which is long for a fast food place. Staff was lovely though.

Went on a Monday, my takeaway took more than 20 mins to be ready. It was very busy but a lot of delivery men, advice just order online. I excepted better with the hype of Newcastle Taco Bell being better( Maybe not this one ). Not to mention they almost didn’t give me my complete order. Chips were okay, everything else just had a mild taste. Not the usual Taco Bell wow flavor. Nothing was spicy. Just plain . Overall, it is probably just the day, everyone was busy and people make mistakes.

Food came fast. The prices are very affordable. The loaded fries is very nice. Only a few choices of food on the menu.

Very underwhelming. I have been itching to eat here since it opened. I've heard poor things about the restaurants in America but was told the one in Newcastle is a lot better.... How bad was the American food if this is better??I ordered the quesadilla cravings box and my mouth was watering. £9 for a chicken quesadilla, beef taco, fries and churros with drink. It arrived hot which is good.Fries were tiny but tasted OK, no nacho cheese dip that I hoped for as it comes with fries when you order by them self.CRUNCHY Taco was BENDY, hardly any beef filling and the attempt of cheese on top was laughable.Quesadilla was tasty but not spicy at all, filling was clumped in the middle so you don't get a good ratio, you end up eating the tortilla dry 40%.Churros were OK and dip was just caramelised condensed milk. Tasty but again, underwhelming.I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm furious I wasted a tenner on something that I didn't like. There's so much food choice in Newcastle to eat and most cos less than this, the quality is incomparable to the food venues.
