This is possibly the worst Indian takeaway that I have ever had food from! only 4 small pieces of meat and the chicken chat was like water disgracefull! never ordering again from here! the nan had that much garlic butter on that it was soggy! The only good thing I received was my rubicon mango!

This is worst Indian food in the north east and I am Indian! Stay well away! Had a terrible stomach in the middle of the night! I should be issued a refund due to the quality of the food!

Absolutley beautiful. I ordered chilli and garlic chips, chicken Jhal Jul, chicken tikka masalla, mushroom pilau, special kebab starter, and 2 garlic chipattis. They followed instructions that I added to the order and it was absolutely gorgeous. Can't wait yo order again ❤️

What an absolute lush meal that was. 5 stars I would give more if I could. We had the lamb rogan dish chicken tika masala and onion Bhaji. My plate was 100% empty by the end. £20 odd quid. More than we pay for Chinese but oh my what a nice treat that was. We always get a spice cottage for special occasions. Top marks to the friendly staff as well. 10/10 5 star 100% happy customer.

Should have ordered a vegetarian pizza I may have found some meat on it. Meat thali was meat free and I'm sure a keema naan should have meat in it so it's not mistaken for a plain naan . Can't remember making a new years Resolution to go veggie.

Agree with reviewer who commented on the chilli nanbab. I get it most times I order and it's lovely. It's really good value for money too. Friendly staff - can't fault the service.

Really disappointing. Seems as though the chef and owner have changed. Today’s meal was tasteless, rather watery and seems to be badly seasoned. Million miles away from the “usual” experience.

Used this takeaway twice so far as we live in Preston Lancashire but visit family in Kenton. It is by far better than any Indian we have experienced in either Preston or Newcastle. Authentic delicious flavours and extremely helpful owners. Order through their web site and it saves your previous orders....very helpful as I couldn't remember what i had 3 months ago😊 We look forward to our next trip so we can get another takeaway.Jacqui
