Prompt service, a chicken burger with a hard spot impossible to bite through. Onion rings that shed their batter like a moulting snake.. I can't give two stars due to the friendly attentive staff but I've had way better 'spoons.

Hadn't been for a while as every breakfast I got was cold. So was this one, don't get me wrong they are excellent value for money but how they get from the kitchen to the table the short distance it is and the food is stone cold I don't know. Also I think they toast the toast underneath a match because that's always anemic. Won't be back for a while. Mind you it isn't just the Five Swans it seems to be every Wetherspoons .

The place is actually really big. It's like a maze inside, hehe. A great place to have a group gathering. Most importantly the food was actually nice and fresh 😊. The people working here are really friendly and approachable. I like the environment. I'd definitely come back again!

We took 4 grandchildren for food and we had a cheeky cocktail(delicious) 1 child is autistic and won't eat anything but McDonald's..we explained this to the lovely lad who came to advise us we couldn't take the Happy meal in. He was lovely and said yeh that is fine..enjoy lad. This made our night as other places in the city centre weren't as understanding..

Very hit or miss service. Sometimes the meals are hot, sometimes warm, often cold. But you have to complain otherwise nothing will be done about it. The tables aren't really cleaned between customers, but that seems to be typical of several Wetherspoon's. Having said that, it's Wetherspoons and not fine dining

I am still inside Five swans, I must give a feedback before I leave because I am very satisfied with the service and quantity of food .I have been to few Wetherspoon . But this one is the best among other ones .I ordered large breakfast. .The food was very hot , I just loved the crusty soft toast. freshly made breakfast .Good quality. .And they have maintained the place so clean and tidy and good for everyone.The staffs are excellent .Very quick service .Brilliant .I had a best and filled breakfast
