Tilleys is a great bar if you love a variety of real ales, craft and foreign beers. Staff always happy to help recommend something. Not for your lager drinkers. Cinema room is a good sideshow to the bar.

The pub is quite basic but what it has is a great selection of top class beer . It's a lot quieter in the afternoon where you can easily get a seat ( except on match days) Highly recommended.

I like this bar, it's middle ranged price wise, has a large range of spirits beers and ales and is charasmatic (shabby in a good way) even the tunes are pretty good, nice experience but not the type of place you will be blown away, good for a quiet drink

A very open and welcoming venue. Has a great selection of beers and alcohol from local and international brewers without being overpriced. It is in a quiet area of Newcastle away from the bigg market and congested areas, which makes for a nice, relaxing atmosphere without the feeling of being overcrowded.

Decent bar, decent music... It's a place that's always been there but never somewhere that really attracts me to return. Beer was good alright, prices were a little steep. There's plenty of places I'd rather drink than here... Not least the bodega a few doors up the road
