Good food at every visit. Visited here many times now and never been disappointed. If you like a roast dinner, this is the place to go.

Half price email voucher saved us cooking. We popped in last minute on Thursday and enjoyed a delicious carvery. We often come to Toby Carvery and were not disappointed.

It can get extremely busy and a little bit loud (but that's to be expected). The queue for the food goes down relatively quickly considering the amount of people they cater for. The staff work tirelessly to accommodate and do a very good job considering they rarely have the time to stand still.Overall, a pleasant experience once seated with a meal. The veggies are yummy (with loads of tasty options) .....If you want a Sunday dinner and don't want the hassle then get yourself down there - let someone else do the washing up lol 😁 .....

A really great place for me and my friends. Always fresh cooked and hot every time. Go try for yourself and be bowled over too. Pleasant smiling friendly staff to help. Choices of well cooked meat and vegetables too 😋 give yourself and your family and friends that english treat.

Absolutely disgusting! Me and my girlfriend walked in for some food where we were waiting up to 10 minutes to get seated. Staff walking past us giving us dirty looks for no apparent reason. I asked one member of staff if we could just sit ourselves down to which she replied “NO, someone will come for you” After not being seen to, me and my girlfriend walked out. To our surprise, the couple waiting behind us got seated as soon as we left. Terrible staff, wouldn’t recommend. They just totally ignored us.

I wouldn't even rate this place one star if I had a choice. My beef looked like it was still on its way to the abattoir. Had more fat and blood clots than meat. My green beans still had stalks on and the roast potatoes were hard. Yorkshires were huge but anaemic. The only nice thing was the mash potato. Very expensive for very low quality meat. I will avoid this place like the plague from now on. The chef needs sacked and so do whoever supplies their meat.

Went with family last minute, due to receiving special offer via email.Hadn't been for ages and wasn't disappointed.Plenty of meat, enough veg and helped self to mountain of the famous roasties. Just about had room to finish off giant Yorkshire pud.Staff were lovely and in particular our Server (Cairon) was amazingly friendly and helped our daughter make her mind up with her choice of main. We'll certainly be back!

I’ve been today for dinner, it was my 17th birthday and was made all the more special by the amazing staff. Our server today was Marley who is always lovely, a pleasure to have her look after us. All the staff are fab, a credit to Toby. - Marley

Great Sunday lunch carvery. Choice of 4 meats served to you but the chef with a good sized Yorkshire pudding. Then you can help yourself to a good range of vegetables and choices of potatoes, gravy and condiments. All in all very tasty. Exactly what your looking for on a Sunday roast.

We visited on 8/11 a party of 4, we were greeted and shown to our table by our server Caron (I hope that is the correct spelling) well what can I say... absolutely faultless. Our food was lovely and Caron was nothing short of brillian, very friendly and an absolute credit to this restaurant. We also noted a deaf couple dining and one of the kitchen staff came out to sign what an amazing team. Keep up the good work. We will be back soon!
