First time eating from here today, absolutely amazing sandwiches at a brilliant low price! Staff were polite and quick with preparing your order, the queue goes down very fast which is great as it can get quite busy. Will definitely be coming back!

It's been a while since I visited francie and Tony's for a sandwich and boy have I missed it. Once again I went for my favourite the hot n kicking chicken in a ciabatta and wow it was divine. I don't think.i have ever had a better sandwich. Service was excellent even the shop was very busy with queues down the street. Its a queue worth standing in as the food is amazing

Best sandwich place in Newcastle ! Always tastes fab, customer service is excellent and the staff are all lovely. Plenty choice for sandwiches and salads, all at great prices. Sometimes there's a bit of a queue, but it's worth it every time 🤘🏻

First time back after 10 years....when I would treat myself to the F&T Club Sandwich after a long slog in the university library. Just as good as I remember!! Lovely soft granary bun, crisp shredded lettuce and generous portions of moist chicken, bacon and mayo. Still one of the best sandwiches I've had, taking me straight back to my uni days. Any Newcastle trip isn't complete without stopping off here!!

Remembered this place from years ago and popped in after doing some shopping. Amazing choice of sandwiches and lots of other things but I went for the sandwiches and was not disappointed. Really tasty and for a great price too. I won't leave it so long until my next visit.
