Impulsive family decision to visit for dinner. Quiet. Very attentive bar staff who are obviously well-defined. Since its takeover I have eaten here on a number of occasions and have yet to have a bad meal. The kitchen staff are exceptional and as a result the food is first class.

Good pub, good atmosphere. Ideal place to get a drink before it after a falcons game. A little pricey.

I was very disappointed with this pub/restaurant. We stopped for lunch yesterday and ordered from the special menu, my partner had a Beef Stotti which was nice and came with chips and gravy. I had the Tempura Prawns this was the disappoint!!! it was 3 prawns not very large, some chopped up cabbage and dipping sauce, the cost was over £9.00 it was no bigger than a starter, yet it was listed as a lunch special meal. I have had this same menu in various restaurants and have always enjoyed it, mainly because other places give you much more for less money. We went out of way to eat here based on a recommendation, never again, a total waste of money. The environment was nice as was the service staff but that did not make up for the portion size of the meal for the cost.

Went for dinner in the evening. We were seated and forgotten about. Eventually we went up to the bar to order food.Food was okay.Service at the bar and thereafter was good.

Lovely pub in the outskirts of Newcastle with a nice menu, something for everyone, I ordered the roast having not had Christmas dinne. Was well portioned with roast and boiledal potatoes. Vegetables were advatised as creamed and whplenty but they tasted like they had been soaked in margarine and were very sickl. It's good to be a little bit different but sometimes I just wish vegetable were left alone Yorkshire was far too big for the plate and had to ask for a side plate to put it on as couldn't eat dinner and pork was sliced like portions of breeze blocks.Considering the price which is more pricey than other establishments I was left very disappointed and would not return and now I have margarine tasting vegetables repeating but staff were lovely and very friendly just wished I'd eaten something elseOf breeze

Third pub tried today for a non-booked Sunday Roast. (First had no seats 'til five o'clock, and the other was a rammed Toby Carvery, and we just weren't willing to queue or deal with the noise and the chaos). Here, we were seated immediately, our food was served to our table super quick, and was beautifully cooked and super tasty. Staff were all brilliant. We're defo gonna become regulars. 🙂

Super friendly pub! Great atmosphere in there and the pub seems to be very well supported by the local community. The staff are all lovely & very pleasant. Prices are fair and the food is definitely above average for a pub! Cracking quiz to be had on a Monday evening. Will definitely become a regular. Thanks to all of the Twin Farm team xx

We had sandwiches off the lunch menu. They all came with fries and a salad garnish. The only disappointing one was the chicken caeser wrap. Just a bit bland. A good atmosphere and well staffed

Really well prepared for social distancing, 12pm on a Saturday it was pretty quiet so service was fast and the food was prepared perfectly. Started to get busier at 1pm but staff still all so friendly, quick to get people seated and plenty of staff dashing about to keep up with things. Lucky for us our table was right in the sun so we were toasty and warm but wouldn't hesitate to return on s colder day and try out the teepee area
