It's closed, but when it was open it had really awful door staff and very restrictive rules

I love going to Okana. There was a gidi affair for bank holiday I attended and it was turnt up. Lots of dancing and drinking and loads of fun with my mates, I'm definitely looking forward to going back to Okana sometime in the future.

Drinks were lovely but it was so busy that it took a while for us to be served. We booked a table here for a double date with my boyfriend and our friends, I think we had the table for either an hour or two.Unfortunately the place was so packed that it took a while for our order to be taken and then took even longer to get our drinks. This meant we were only able to order one round before we had to leave. The cocktails were really tasty, almost like pop so they can be dangerous to drink if you don't want to get drunk 🤪😂

It’s not a Wetherspoon anymore.(Not in a good way)It took about 35 mins for our Sunday lunch and breakfast.Frozen fruits on American Pancakes, and the pancakes are tiny. ( not your usual American size )The roast chicken is defrosted from the freezer, it’s scorched, and the skin is greyed. There is no ‘ creamy potato’ no ‘swede’ out of season vegetable and store-bought gravy. And overcooked potatoes! One star is for the song, the choice of outdoor furniture, and the staff.A limited amount of soft drink choice ( only coke, lemonade, soda water) and no mock-tail.

First visit to Okana. Picked a warm sunny afternoon so sat outside. Started with a Mojito then Okamas signature candy store, finished with the best cosmopolitan I have had, along with very good Nachos with salsa, guacamole, sour cream which we throughly enjoyed. Okamas staff are very friendly and attentive. Prices vary we paid £10 for 2 cocktails on the classic list although prices vary so check the menu., also has a hood range of tapas which we intend to try next time we come. This is a good place to come and watch the word go by while enjoying very good cocktails.

Fantastic food and cocktail bar, close to the train station. Great for a refined lively night. The wait staff are very attentive too.

Nice, helpful staff. Was lovely sitting outside, as the weather was nice and warm. We ordered food and it was very nice. After ordering we were informed a few dishes were unavailable, but we easily selected alternatives. It took a while to come, but was well worth the wait. Very good quality and very tasty 😋 Tha Calamari was particularly good 👍

Probably one of the worse, most disorganised bars I’ve been too. We were placed in the library where the music was so loud it was uncomfortable. We were sat at a table with 2 different table numbers shown, and when we asked the staff for clarification, the actual table number was neither of the numbers shown. By this point some of us had already ordered drinks on the app and had to ask staff if they could be redirected there. The staff also told us we had to order drinks via table service and not the app, because our table number wasn’t included on the app. However, upon looking on the app, the table was included and could be ordered from. None of the staff had masks on, and had to come really close to you to talk because the room was so loud. Staff also were walking around aimlessly with drinks, because the table numbers were all wrong and couldn’t find the people who had ordered drinks. One of my friends who ordered table service asked for a double rum and Coke after being told they couldn’t order on the app, and the staff member charged him for the most expensive rum sold on the menu. All round, pretty awful. Ended up taking 30+ minutes for us to get drinks, and it wasn’t particularly busy. Could have been a much better experience if the music was at a comfortable level and the tables were properly numbered.

We came here at 8pm for food and drinks. When we order, about 15-20minutes later they told us that the kitchen was closed. Okay whatever that’s fine. We tried to order 4 drinks and for the 2 of them they lacked i ingredients. So we ordered something else. Half an hour later we received no drinks and when we asked about them the waiter checked and they said that they will start preparing them now. When they finally arrived, you could se that the glasses are dirty, the drinks are spilled all around and the only think we can taste is mint. NOT recommend! Not to add that we made a reservation and they placed as in a trashy table while the others with no reservation were put in a classy modern and comfortable picnic table!

Great place to hold a private party. Really decadent venue with great staff. Food they laid on was stellar. Drinks a bit pricey but it is smack back in the centre of town.
