"Vincenzo's Ristorante Italiano , is a Great Family run Italian Restaraunt , that serve nothing but the best to our dear customers! Weather you are heading out for a coffee, or having a classic Italian Pizza, there is something for everyone at Vincenzos. Alongside the "a la carte" menu, we run a Happy hour Monday to Saturday til 7PM. We also serve fantastic Sunday Lunches from 12-3pm every week. Really great food. Lasagna and vegetarian pizza was delicious. Coming to desserts we love their cheesecake and baked chocolate mousse. And on the top excellent customer service by Sevrin such a great man. Really recommend this restaurant if you want a lovely escape. Smashing service

managed to get a booking for valentines and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and lovely atmosphere inside- almost felt like I was in Italy ( i can dream!) Would certainly return and recommend- a definite hidden gem in Heaton

Never had a bad meal in the 20+ years iv been going , staff are always great and friendly ,food is portioned well and quality is always tiptop & prices aren't bad either ...

Enjoyed a birthday celebration at Vincenzo's. Excellent choice of menu and prices good.Food great. Lovely, friendly atmosphere with attentive staff. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again shortly😊👍

Rather average Italian food. I think there are better Italian restaurants in Newcastle. My expectations were made higher from the reviews. We had two starters and 3 mains to share, ending with a Vincenzo’s mess which was surprisingly my favourite.

Cozy little place with more seating available upstairs if it gets busy. Very friendly staff, super prices (especially in happy hour) ... Garlic very fresh and garlicky!! #chickenkievpizza!

Very nice local Italian restaurant, relaxed no rush atmosphere, great service from friendly/helpful staff… the 3 of us enjoyed garlic prawn starters followed by superb pizzas & coffee all at very reasonable prices. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing food and great prices. It's a really friendly atmosphere and the food was out of this world! It was only £45.00 for 3 courses and a bottle of wine for two people! We both came out with a smile on our faces.

Great food, plenty of parking, reasonable prices but.... The waitress was coughing alot and I overheard them talking about getting tested. That's a big issue in my books. Thanks but we won't be back just based on that.EDIT:Due to the managers response I feel I had to comment. The young girl that they are talking about did indeed serve us but she was not the one coughing. In fact she was super nice and was very efficient at her job so she doesn't deserve what they say about her. Obviously she'll lose the job due to covid lockdown and it's easy to paint the blame on someone who won't return, which I think is very wrong to do.It was the elderly lady that was coughing which I only assume was the owner / co-owner.It's a real shame because the food was rather nice.

Friendly, cozy Italian restaurant with affordable food and good service. The salmon and asparagus linguine was a highlight, but the chicken risotto was a little bit lacking in flavor. The place was very busy on Friday evening which made for a nice ambience. Worth checking out, especially if you have a Groupon voucher.
