Always happy food great I love this place

Menus in shop say one price, but the woman behind the counter charged a higher price. When pointed out to the woman behind the counter, that what I was charged was a higher price than what the menu said, her reply was that the menu price was wrong!! Have used wai ho for years, won't be going back and definitely would not recommend it!!

Waited over 2 hours for it to be delivered and it came stone cold ,rang shop up and the lad that was on the phone was rude as ever and kept hanging the phone up!

Loyal patron but service standards have slipped a lot over the past year or so. There was a time you could pay by card but it's cash only now (in the middle of a pandemic, handling cash a 1000 others have handled... Why do this??). Also, collection orders used to get a free bag of prawn crackers, not any more, that'll be £2 please. I chose to collect as the last two delivery orders were missing items. Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious, but the service is heading in one direction: downwards. Shame.😞

Fast serving for collection, one of the best takeaway, food is delicious, gets order right all times, not too greasy.

Omg I order from here all the time , loved the food , twice ive had the wrong order let it go the first time and said no worries so I called the restaurant to let them no it was the wrong order the second time the receptionist couldn't of been any rude really bad attitude , you need to brush up on your customer service skills love

Waited 3hrs and 45 minutes for our order, never picked up the phone. Just rang and rang. When we eventually got through we were told it's on it way and put the phone down without even asking our address. An hour and half later still nothing. Tried to get some of our money back through JustEat for unreasonable waiting time. Restaurant owner refused on the grounds we got our order eventually!! Terrible and will never ever use them again.

We have been a Wai Ho customer for many years, ordering each week and have always highly recommended them. Lately we have noticed a decline in service, food taking a little longer, arriving a little cooler, no complimentary prawn crackers, but times are tough for business at the moment and we still ordered without complaint. On Friday we were told our order would be 1hr 15. But it was actually over 2hrs when it arrived and freezing cold (and no complimentary prawn crackers or even an apology). I called them but unfortunately Wai Ho would not consider a refund or partial refund, but did offer 20% off our next order. When I said I still wasn’t happy, they hung up on me! Adding insult to injury, my sister ordered 45mins later than I did but received her food at the same time as us! Forgotten about us or just a disorganised system, either way, very poor. So disappointed as they could have turned this around if they had handled it better.

Food is nice however slipped of late. Last few orders they have not sent full order, order arrived late and cold. Poor customer service, we have been loyal but no more

Order wrong. Phoned to complain, met with arrogance. Got in car & returned a bag of hard uncooked noodles. Staff still won’t accept order wrong, with evidence under their nose. Diabolical service, no refund offered, robbed!
