I used to be a regular here and always felt welcomed by the once-fabulous team, so I have to wonder what on Earth has happened?!Visited tonight at around 7 p.m. and actually ended up cancelling my order and leaving as was barely acknowledged by the skeleton staff working and the place felt like a morgue. Please, management, pull your socks up before you permanently ruin what was once a truly great spot.

Yo sushi is going downhill. The last few times have been terrible. The customer service was disgusting. I forgot his name. He was wearing a tartan shirt and a cap. He had such a lazy attitude and kept avoiding us. He wasn’t helpful and he took forever to clean the tables. He was more bothered about talking to his work colleagues. I don’t think I will be back. Please sack this guy. It’s not great for your company’s reputation.

Went there with my boyfriend and ordered the mushroom noodle soup, which was the only option in the menu for vegetarian noodles. When they came, they tasted way too strong, as if someone dumped a bottle of soy sauce and threw in a handful of noodles. I tried eating it but I could not eat more than three spoonfuls. As politely as possible, I informed a member of the staff that I could not eat it and asked what the process would be from there, should I leave the soup on the table untouched? They said it’s okay? And if I wanted a refund. I did not want a refund and told them it’s not necessary, and they said they’d inform the manager on my options. The manager came soon after and told me they would give me a refund and asked me what was wrong with it, which I explained again without an issue. I gave them the soup and personally apologized for any trouble I might have caused, the manager said it was okay and asked if I wanted to order anything else, but I did not because I was only out for noodles. Soon, after I left, my boyfriend caught the manager and cook, holding my soup and looking at us with a frustrated look and talking about us in a way which did not seem nice. I believe that is a very unprofessional behavior, especially when I have been nothing but polite and even apologized on my behalf for not fancying the meal. I never said anything to insult the food or any of the staff. So, I would not recommend the soup, and call out the staff’s unprofessional behavior when the clients are not looking

Mega busy and staff were rushed off their feet with takeaway orders but they were still amazing & very friendly and professional. Our TGTG order was not ready but we were given a seat to wait, we were updated and the customer service was brilliant. Keep up the good work!! Food was perfect as always as well. Plus we got to try Chicken Curry Ramen too which was delicious 😋 Thank you.

I've given this store several chances, and every time disappointed. Don't know who's managing the place, or training their staff, but they need a big shake up here. Rolls are about 1cm wide, with a flimsy strip of salmon. You can't even pick and dip them without them falling apart. What comes to table, or delivered looks dreadful.Complained in store, and got a refund, but food looked so bad, just left it. Not first time I've had to complain. Staff agreed with me every time, that the food served was not acceptable, yet it seems no improvements made.I'd avoid this place like the plague, and instead go to St Sushi, or Dojo, to get sushi made with care, by sushi chefs that know their art. The kids working here haven't a clue what they're doing, and management don't seem to be resolving the issues.

Paid £6.20 for this. And no! As surprised as you might be, I have not even touched it yet this is what was in the box when I opened it. Beef Teriyaki. Should be called Beef Tinyaki

Came with a friend to try Yo sushi after a really long time, obviously we knew it would be a little more expensive being a sushi chain establishment, found our dishes to be a little bland , portions were small , especially the chicken katsu which seemed to look bigger as there was a lot of rice as a filler. Wouldn't go back, will definitely Stick to authentic sushi restaurants for good qaulity sushi going forward. Service was good.

Yo Sushi more like No Sushi Very disappointing, I am left speechless. The photos speak from themselves!

This restaurant really disappointed me. It's not the first time that their food didn't meet our expectations. The roll didn't even have salmon inside and all others sushi are small and the salmon slice are so thin compared to previous. To be honest, this restaurant had good quality in the past but I don't understand why the quality had been dropped recently. I have ordered in last week and I thought it's just a mistake. However since I received today's order it's not a mistake, the food quality definitely dropped. Disappointed for the price paid.
