Aroma Coffee in North Tyneside

Coffee on the quayside! Had coffee and cake here on a rainy Sunday. The coffees were nice and were also made to look attractive. The carrot cake was gluten free and there was no discernible difference in taste.

Friendly staff with a good selection of food and cakes. Coffee is always good here. Relaxed atmosphere and child friendly. My only criticism is that it can get very hot in the café. There is outdoor seating though which is nice on a sunny day!

Called in late Sunday morning, a little disappointed with very limited food on show in chiller cabinets and counter tops. Would probably have had a scone or similar , if they had been available . Had a coffee which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Quite a few people sitting inside and a few outside. So Aroma look like they are very popular on the North Shields quay side.

Visited for a drink, was told payment hadn't gone through but after receiving my bank statement they had taken the money twice. Three drinks have cost me nearly £40. Rang numerous times but no response.

Nice cosy place on the Fish Quay North Shields. Not the most cheerful of staff, maybe they need to think again about customer service. Sandwiches mine and my friends no butter making it feel rather dry. Nice coffee. Should we all have to share one jar mayo ? Good selection of wines. Single shared toilet but it was very clean

Got a full English and when I payed for it I though that's expensive but got to say worth every penny and can safely say the best one I've had. The guys behind the counter were really friendly and the coffee was strong but just how I like it. Well worth a visit

Very nice place. My breakfast was perfect. Staff friendly and efficient nothing was to much for them. In-between customers staff were cleaning.

Simple good local meal and inexpensive. Orange chocolate cake is nice. 😋

Seafood platter for one... £9....hmm 1 mussel..1 crevette..10 little prawns.a tiny sliver of smoked salmon and an ok portion of brown crab meat...I've had better value for money seating and staff lovely
