If I could give zero stars I would. Arrived at the drive thru, and no whopper, double bacon XL, or chicken royales available. 4 of a party of 5 didn't make an order because of this. How can a Burger King not be able to sell whoppers OR chicken royales? They said they didn't have the buns. For neither? Highly doubtful. Visited at 21.30 and they close at 22.00 so more likely they wanted to close on time. We eventually, after 20 minutes get to the pay window and the driver of our party asks if we can get some fries as 4 people now have no food. They charge us. We question it. The reply? "We can't give away free food". Questioned the customer service, and the girl on pay window said they've done no wrong (Charlotte).I'm sorry, but when I was younger I was a manager for KFC, and if we ever had customers we had inconvenienced at any point, you can give them fries. McDonald's, and BK use the same rules.Officially the worst Burger King I've visited. Avoid.

The owner of this franchise has obviously had issues with his profits from people using the app because the prices of the regular menu have absolutely sky rocketed in comparison to other BK’s and the signs to tell you this are half way around the 30 minute drive-thru.Asked for a large drink of coke (full fat), no large cups left, stuck with the regular, got around to the window and the regular coke was £2.69, I dread to think how expensive the large must be.To top it all off, the chilli cheese bites were near enough empty and soggy.

The salad that comes in the burgers is disgusting, brown lettuce... No thanksOther than that the food is ok, good value when you use the app for offers

Another very disappointing burger from here again, plant based whopper this time. Where's me cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato and onions!! It was cold together with cold fries. Awful. Extremely disappointed especially for how much it cost and how long I had to wait.

They wonder why they have no customers... their prices are extortionate unless you use an app voucher & they only allow you to use one code per visit, even if you do it in a separate transaction they refuse. However should you have 2 phones it would be no problem 🤔 No wonder the que for the McDonald's drive thru next door is around the block!

Painfully slow drive through, you will be stuck in the one way system for 30mins even if there are only 10 cars in the queue. McDonald’s next door did 5 times the amount of cars in the same period. Do not go in the drive through!

Terrible attitude from staff, food when served was Luke warm at best. Not as great as it use to be, I will never take my family to burger king ever again.Also my partner bought some fries from there was a human hair fried into the fries so food hygiene doesn't seem to matter either.

Looks like they cook to order here so there’s a bit of a wait.. we waited 15 mins for three burgers and a kids meal. In that time I saw 13 cars go through the mcdonalds drive thur.... I was the only customer and I could see 4 staff “working”. The food was ok though ( once I microwaved it).

Out of 4 orders, all burgers and sides where is the wrong bags, if we all hadn't been going to the same house all our orders would have been wrong. The steakhouse burger looks as attached with most salad missed off it and my order without salad but keeping sauce and cheese came out as just a burger and 2 buns
