Absolutely brilliant cafe and beautiful staff just a pity it's now closed down xxxx

Lovely coffee shop! Such variety, really good rates and everything is to support the armed services! I got a gorgeous Terry chocolate orange hot chocolate with all the works! Delicious. Been back on multiple occasions, would definitely recommend.

If zero stars was an option. This is by far and away the worst coffee and sandwich I have ever bought in North Shields. And North Shields has a Mister Woods and a Costa so that tells you how bad it was. The sandwich came with cheap bread, processed cheese and zero salad. The coffee was meant to be a flat white. There was no foam, loads of milk and had an unmistakable taste of instant to it. Avoid!! Go to greggs or costa if you have to. Personally wooden delli is by far and away my first choice but was closed on the day.

Lucky it's getting 1 star 4.50 for a cheese burger that was rock hard.. they over use the microwave the breakfast was tiny had hardly anything on and all re heated witch I don't get a breakfast dosnt take a lot to cook

1 star food hygiene rating. Ewwww avoid!! Edit: I can see a review from 7 months ago saying they have 0 star food rating. So in a year they've gone from 0 to 1? DISGUSTING they clearly don't give a f*ck about their business or customers. How can you possibly get 1 star? If I could get the £50+ I've spent in here back I would.

Loved this cafe. Went in a couple of weeks ago with my sister in law and very young niece to have a catch up and couldn't have chosen a better place. They have a large range of toys and books available for children, more than I was expecting in a small cafe, meaning my niece was also happy to be there for a long period of time. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the effort to make conversation, and going out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable. If you want somewhere to have a drink while with a young child I would definitely go here. It helps that my latte was nice, and the chocolate cake too.

ZERO RATING This is a disgrace of a cafe I walked in for a drink to take away the Ribena had a price of £1 ON THE bottle and the very common disrespectful owner tried to charge me £1.40 then when I asked for my money back she called security I'm now getting in touch with trading standards avoid this place if you value customer service

Weak latte came with chocolate powder smiley face on top , wasn't asked if I wanted it and as I don't really like it spoilt the coffee further.Somewhat dry cheese scones .Unlikely to make a return visit.
