Being a regular customer who is very happy with the service normally, I'd not usually complain. But today was a complete joke.Needed baby changing facilities! Asked if one was available after I looked in the toilet and couldn't see one. I was informed that it was broken! No alternative was offered so I had to resort to changing my son on the toilet floor, ontop of a flat pack style box which to rub salt in the wounds actually was a baby change table. Now CC if your welcoming in parents and young children get things like this sorted, it's a must for a cafe surely!

Lovely coffee and sausage rolls very good. My daughter also says the breakfast wraps are excellent and good value.

Coffee great. Staff terrible. Rudeness personified. If you want to go for a coffee and be made to feel like you're nuisance, this is the place for you.

The coffee is okay if you're filling it with milk and sugar, but not great if you're after an espresso or black coffee. The place is incredibly noisy too

Very cool little place in Cullercoats just off the main road. We visited on a Sunday lunch time, there was a nice buzz to the place and they play great music. Coffee was excellent, lovely friendly staff and the food was really nice. I'll definitely be back!

Ordered a pot of tea and a NY bagel. The bagel was served first, but so piping hot that I burnt my fingers and was unable to eat it. The bagel itself was soggy. I waited a further 5 minutes before my tea turned up. I was not asked if everything was alright, but had to call the girl back to complain. She went off and another young girl came over. I presumed that she was in charge as she did not introduce herself. I explained the sit, but she was very clearly not interested. She just asked if I wanted my money back.I took it and left without even a basic apology. So if you wished to get seriously burnt a great place to go

This is by far the friendliest and best coffee shop in the area. The owner is an absolute delight of a gentleman and this really comes across in his passion for his business, product and customers. This also seems to trickle down to the staff, as they're friendly and helpful too. Years of going here, not one bad experience.

Nice interior, nice staff. Wait time for food was a little bit long but the food and drinks are both very nice. I thought the prices were great as well, in comparison to other coffee shops in the areas. Will be coming back

The cheese scones are the best from here, ask for them to be warmed and have with butter only, they are the best.Coffee is good as well.Have been for lunch pre Covid and wasn’t the greatest to be fair, but had a wrap and could have done it better myself.Nice staff, great coffee and nice scones.Good all rounder.
