Davanti Italian Restaurant Whitley Bay in North Tyneside

A lovely restaurant with a nice 'feel'. The food was excellent, as was the service. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Ordered food at 19:45, still not arrived by 21:20, contacted the restaurant, told it would be 20 minutes, still didn't arrive by 22:00 and no one would answer the phone to us, still not received order and the restaurant is closed.such a Shame as the food is nice, will not be going back.

Amazing food great service. Im editing reviews this as we've been back 4 more times since. If i could give it a higher rating i would! The food is absolutely amazing 👏 so glad we decided to give this place a try its definitely my favourite restaurant.

Really nice food friendly atmosphere and staff. This is what a restaurant should be like.

On arriving was told only one table which was reserved for 5:30 so we would have to be quick.At that point we should of left but stayed as our young son was hungry.Within mins we were told we need to order so felt rushed to choose something. The meals were very average for the £33:00 we spent .Won't be going back !!!!

Had suxh a lovely meal here yet again last night. I had the flat iron steak with Diane sauce and chips. There was more than enough sauce and the steak was cooked to perfection. My hubby had the calzone with bolognese over the top and said it was the best he ever had.Yet another brilliant meal from our local hidden gem. 👌

First time eater but my family are regulars and I can understand why. The staff are very attentive, nice and make you feel welcomed from the moment you step in. The food is great and the quality of the food is there.I'd definitely recommend
