Very polite people and the food is lovely also

Ordered a kebab and chips I got no pitta bread and the kebab was dry and tasted horrible I'll never go there again was awful

Had fish and chips..fish was OK too much batter for me but that is a preference.

Food was disgusting battered sausage and burger were rubbery went in the bin we didn't receive the curry sauce the bolognese and chips went in the bin it wasn't even mince just a lump of mushed god knows what 🤮

1 star only becoz ya cant give a no star review place an order throu uber wats took my money give me the estimated delivery time which was 15 mins afta it closed then try 2 ring them and get told av rang the wrong number TOTAL JOKE AND I WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN

Very quick delivery time, food super fresh, i had the fish and chips, the fish was cooked great, lovely crispy batter, chips were really nice too. defo recommend

A 1 star is too generous! Ordered food had a message with time to expect it, waited in the window for the driver. 25mins after it was expected we called to find out where it was. The woman was unapologetic and made it out it was our fault said the driver apparently waited around for half an hour? Really?? Who would ever do that and hold up other orders. The driver is an utter liar, no one came to deliver our food. Offered to deliver us our what would be COLD food but would have to wait another 15/20 mins. What an absolute joke! Happy to take the money but not deliver the food. Will never order from here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. You need to work on your customer service you could have offered to replace the food as an apology but NO this was the fault of your driver not us the customer. Didn’t once try to ring us as they have done on previous deliveries. No one came into the car park. If we ordered food and paid for it we clearly wanted it!

In a word disguisting pizza bases not cooked playdoh would be the only thing i could compare the texture of them too, one of the pizzas had about 2 tonne of garlic butter on for no reason whatsoever saying as i didnt ask for a chicken kiev one and even if i had it would of been a chore finding any chicken on it! Hotshot pizza was basically a mushroom and red onion pizza with the above said garlic, chilli sauce was chopped tomoatoes the tinned kind, toped up with with sweet chilli sauce from greenways avoid altogether

DONT eat from here, ordered 2 LG bags of chips I LG curry 1lg gravy, got home,the chips were horrible and hard, gravy and curry was cold and lumpy, phoned up to complain to be told that the day’s chips were cooked in the morning and had been sat there till 14.30. Not a good restaurant, at least at willows you get FRESH food , not b eating here again.

Not impressed with the food we got yesterday for "good Friday". I understand it was busy and we would of happily waited for fresh fish to be cooked as the food is normally nice from here! We ordered a large cod and chips to then be given two small fish as apparently it's the equivalent to a "large fish". Service was quick to so thought even better with what's going on. Got home and no wonder we were hurried away, the fish was dry looked like it had been sat there a while and wey there was more batter than fish very disappointing.
