Gulshan in North Tyneside

We are regular visitors here. The food is always delicious. The staff / service is great, very friendly and polite staff, which makes all the difference.Had the early evening special, very good value.. We'll be back soon.

A truly excellent Indian restaurant. The food dishes are well made and presented. Friendly staff and clean decor. Highly recommended.

First time experience at Gulshan tonight and it was 5* from start to finish. The food was a taste sensation, I ordered the vindaloo and it was extremely tasty. We were served by 2 young polite and attentive young ladies who are a credit to Gulshan, I will definitely be returning in the near future!

This is me and my partners favourite place in tynemouth and our favourite curry place in general. The food is just SO good. I am also a huge fan of the frozen strawberry daiquiris and candy floss cocktails!

Great decor and welcoming staff. The food was amazing. We haven't had better. Okra fritters 👍. Pilaus too. Fish curry 😋. Chicken tikka was the stand-out Main 👏. Would deffo go back. The whole experience was superb.

Whitley curry houses have the edge on you. Thursday set menu, you need to be a little flexible on ordering. Don't like rice so wanted bread. Not allowed according to waitress. So paid for bread and waisted rice. Shame. Madras was OK but very acitic. 🤔

Service, restaurant and atmosphere nice, but the chicken tikka balti was bland, 50% of the meal was onion, most of which I pushed to one side leaving a large pile. I mentioned my disappointment but was just met with a smile.

Hands down the best Indian restaurant around! Food is amazing and staff are awesome!

Came here at the weekend with my girlfriend after being rudely turned away from a seafront restaurant (Think it was called Da-Vinci). Straight from walking in the door we were made to feel welcomed from the friendly bar staff and then the manager got us a table near the window for a nice cool area. Bei g vegetarian the menu choice was perfect with a good variety for us and not made to feel like we were just a side thought with veg options. The presentation, staff friendliness and price makes this top of our list for places to revisit.
