Perfect name for a restaurant that provides local fare. We selected several of the starters, mains and deserts and non of them disappointed. Staff even suggested the wine for us which went down way too easy, both bottles! Can highly recommend the crab on toast to start you meal.Great food, great staff and great atmosphere.

First time at Hinnies and definitely won't be the last. The restaurant has a nice vibe and the staff are very friendly. Our starters and mains were delicious. We were both very happy with our food, wine and dining experience.

Had a lovely three course meal at Hinnies. Food was all fresh, delicious and locally sourced. Great knowledge from the staff when recommending wines and they helpfully catered to all of my gluten free needs as a coeliac. I'll be back!

We had a big family meal here for my great uncle’s 94th bday. It was an absolute joy, the staff were so lovely and accommodating and the atmosphere was perfect! Food was delicious too, the vegan / veggie options are awesome (the current vegan dessert is next level good). Couldn’t fault a thing, thanks!

Highly recommend this restaurant from all aspects. The cuisine was outstanding and the service excellent altogether a superb lunch. My only regret is that there is not a ‘Hinnies’ closer to home in Kent!!

Cracking local restaurant. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. The interior was a nice design and menu had some lovely local twists and some nice choices that weren't the norm. I opted for the sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce followed by a lush hazelnut and caramel cheesecake. My mam enjoyed her rabbit Wellington and dark chocolate tart. Will definitely return, hopefully without the car to sample some cocktails. There's a carpark 2 minutes walk along the front next to Spanish City which is only £3 for the whole day.

The three things a restaurant needs for success are quality food, good service and ambience. The food was superb, very tasty, plenty of it and no rush to get us to vacate the table or leave.Staff were lovely, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.Nice ambience, the music in the background was unobtrusive and an over all feeling of, for the want of a better word, comfort.

Lovely chilled atmosphere and clearly popular. Had Sunday lunch menu and is good quality and value. Huge portion of Sunday roast with lots of veg, and great crackling. Dessert was homemade but overcooked. Would definitely recommend to others.

I tried all the desserts and I would’t be able to pick my favorite. Loved them all
