KFC in North Tyneside

Food is decent but the service ain’t great. Purely transactional and scripted. Staff always look abit unhappy.

We went in to collect our order, asked the staff 3 times if they could unlock toilet door, they didnt bother!!

Asked for no sauce in burger due to allergy’s and still got sauce which could of caused a serious illness if ate before we noticed we put it on the notes so that it would come correct we also tried to contact the store 23 times and they just let the phone ring through absolutely disgusting not being able to check peoples notes on orders

Generally ok, but please train your staff to include light and dark pieces in the buckets. Three 10 PC buckets in a row, no white meat in any of them.

Awful! Served by staff with terrible attitudes on multiple occasions. I didn't go that often but whenever I did there were stock issues and had to have online orders refunded twice. I didn't try again after that.This is my closest store but due to repeated issues I now go out my way to use an alternative store.

Kids meals missing burger buns were MOULDY !! and we got just a bone with a tiny bit of dry over cooked chicken on like literally half a mouth full of chicken and they done nothing to help when I rang up told me to speak with just eat and then just eat tell me they will refund some money not even a quarter of what we paid but that takes a while so we all sat here with nothing to eat even though we spent 30 pound absolutely ridiculous will not be ordering ever again and highly recommend everyone else to stay clear of this place it’s disgusting and should be shut down for serving mouldy food

The place was empty 2 staff behind counter were on therr mobike phones ...no salt ...no napkins place was filthy tables not cleaned floor dirty..tables dirty .bins not emptied..lazy staff ..waiting for stock...No cleaning done ...toikets were filthy ...Wheres the management....Burger was OK. But warm chips no salt ..not offered and sauces...cold chips ...What a filthy place ....

Tried to get through to KFC for over half an hour, just keeps cutting off after long rings, to ask to have a Party Bucket for daughters sleepover taken back, over£30, order not just wrong but chicken has been reheated several times, wouldn't feed it to the dog. It absolutely stinks.Rancid.

The food here is enjoyed by most. It has a nice tangy spice to it and there is good texture for most of the food here. The chips have degraded from the original KFC chips but overall food is enjoyable. The atmosphere is very friendly and the service is mostly fast when there is less people. The tables are clean when you come in (most of the time) and there is pleasant smell when you come in. The lights are dim but there are a lot of them which makes it a lot better. Overall the food is nice, the atmosphere is great and the music is pretty normal.

Always get my food from here never disappoint me. Lovely and friendly staff and will go extra mile. I had forgotten my shades in the shop and rang back if they had it; they kept it for me until I picked them up. Thank you very much everyone for your hard work. 👍😉
