Great food, great atmosphere, great communication. When we arrived at about 9:30am it was already super busy, so I'd recommend booking. We were told about the wait, what our options were and decided to sit at the bar and eat there. There are a couple of vegan and vegetarian options and I had the avocado toast whilst my partner had the French toast. It's one of the best avocado toast I've had, I also asked for some crispy fried smoked tofu from the additional options section, which was also very tasty. The portions were huge, don't eat before you go if you're heading for breakfast and the coffee was tasty and strong. There were a wide range of vegan and ordinary cakes too.Parking was on the street outside and free for one hour. Disabled access would be possible but it's a bit tight. If you're going with a wheelchair user or pram, I'd book. The atmosphere was great with people looking like they really enjoyed working there. One of the team was harmonising with the songs playing (great voice by the way) and in the women's bathroom there were free sanitary products, reed diffusers and candles that matched the scent at the front of the store. It's not cheap with the portion sizes, the quality of the food (excellent), the atmosphere and the feeling of the place, it's well worth it. Great plates too. My only hope is that every dish is done as well as the ones we had, so that you don't go off my review and end up disappointed 🤣

Fantastic cappuccino and the French toast with bacon and maple syrup was phenomenal . The guys that served us were also brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely love this cafe, definitely the best place for brunch or lunch in the area. Coffee is amazing too. Highly recommend!

Popped in for breakfast this morning. Lovely seating outside, fantastic food, quick and friendly service and pretty reasonable priced. Lots of veggie options.

Can't believe we have not visited before now. Amazing flavourful food with delicious coffee we will be back as I want to eat my way through the menu!Steak sandwich and bacon french toast was on the cards today and it was perfect!

Very popular eating place, with pleasant, hard working staff. Specialities include sourdough bread, sausage and bacon from the independent butcher a couple of doors away, with an eclectic array of accompaniments. They offer takeaways, which impacts on the serving time of some dine-in dishes.High Street parking is restricted to one hour, but longer stays are available in side streets.Quite a number of eateries along Park View, and we are investigating another one tomorrow!

Lovely staff and service but unfortunately awful food! The quality of the bacon and sausage meat is cheap and their French toast is drenched in maple syrup to the point that it wasn’t even edible. Managed to enjoy our coffees but not eat any of their food. Don’t come here if you want a nice breakfast/ brunch.

Absolutely pleasantly surprised at this little cafe! Beautiful food, thoughtfully made vegan dishes on offer that taste great. Beautiful chai latte and cakes too.

Well what can I say, this place could not have been more helpful and accommodating for us.The food was fantastic and the place is an absolute dream. We all really enjoyed the food and the facilities and the pleasure of not only supporting local, but of being so well looked after. Thanks Kith and Kin!!Lovely day, lovely food, just lovely!

I had the Steak Sarnie and it was very good. The side of fries was great. Both fresh and high quality ingredients. Friendly staff and plenty space inside.Edit: went back and had the bacon sausage bap, very very good!
