Low Lights Tavern in North Tyneside

First time in this bar I wish we had tried it before but we will be back. Met some very friendly people locals and visitors like ourselves. The locals recommended the food but we had already eaten next time we will eat here. I would definitely recommend a visit to this pub

A lovely experience. The staff were so welcoming and the food was superb.

Managed to squeeze us in for a Sunday dinner despite being incredibly busy / full. Whoever came up with switching out meat for a corned beef pie deserves a knighthood. Best Sunday dinner I’ve had around here in a long time.

Always a great pub with fantastic food and a good selection of well kept beers and lagers. Great friendly atmosphere and helpful happy staff make every visit memorable and make you want to return .Top notch traditional pub that deserves its great success and reputation....just go !!

Hidden gem of the north east. Best pie and chips I've ever had, massive portions, excellent value for money, staff make you feel at home. Highly recommend

Just cannot speak highly enough about this pub. Friendly, great food and beers and great artwork. Plus the old decor has been kept.

Love this proper boozer. There aren't so many left! But this has a great pint PLUS the best pies around! The pub is very old but they've updated enough to be very comfortable with a great atmosphere. Thanks for everything!

Can't recommend this place any higher, the service was great, everyone who works here are so pleasant, massive well done to the cook, best pie we have ever had 👌👍

When you‘re travelling alone, eating out sometimes can be a bit strange. Not at this place: people are nice and welcoming. Food (pie&scampi) and beer is delicious. Staff and the 2 owners are really friendly. I felt instantly at home. Can’t wait to be back @ the Low Lights!
