Lovely staff, nice food

Chips were lousy, full of black bits, looked like scraps. Kebab meat was ok, but nothing special. Thursday dinnertime, no steak pies, but about 3 mince. Won't go back in a hurry.

·

Great chippy, friendly service from the owner, definitely my favourite local chip shop. Pay by cash or card, good lunchtime specials.

·

Local, does deliveries, food properly cooked, fish often cooked whilst you wait,no reheated stuff, husband and wife run shop, plenty choices, good pricing, never had any reason to complain, good location,no parking problems totally recommended

·

Waited an hour and 30 mins for a kebab wrap that was around the same size as a 6inch subway absolutely disgraceful joke of a chip shop

·

Reasonable prices cod bites and chips.Makes a change to get nice chips, lately from other chippys I've been getting little scrappy bits of chips. These were decent. 1st time there.

Live in area Honestly magpie chippy chips are disgusting used it a lot but no more fill there chip cartons with hard chips nearly always burnt would not recommend hard to find a decent fish shop

·

·

Typical Northern Fish and chip shop. Decent selection of extras. You know if you go what to expect. Average quality, pretty much similar to every other chip shop in the North East that you've visited.
