Bit of a strange set-up since refurbishment ....I spent ages trying to find an escalator and ended up taking a lift to the upper level instead (which wasn't easy to find). Once I got up there I was happy enough and found the escalator to take me back down.The layout of the shop is nice and spacious.The floor staff can prove difficult to find at times but they are always extremely accommodating.I love the new food court - very nice shopping experience.I definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lovely porched breakfast as long as they don't run out of avocados, I like the venue, it's bright and clean and the staff are lovely, coffee is strong but not bitter, will defiantly go back.

Went to buy some chicken Kiev only to find it's been renamed chicken Kyiv. Virtue signalling at its finest. Will not buy from them again.

Biggest store I've been to from this retailer. Everything is well spaced out with enough room for wheelchair and prams.It is expensive but let's face it the food is nice and everyone should expect to pay for what you get.

Went to the food hall and purchased a few items that I like as the quality is exceptional.

Went to return trousers 👖 they said no reciepts out of date. Walked outside binned the reciept. Went back to different till said i wanted to return the trousers the lass behind the till says no problem. What a crazy broad

I arrived at the store today and the man on the door was exceptional I broke my arm and have it in a sling and he was very helpful getting Ms a push basket and offering me scan and tomtom make it easier for me I declined as I was only buying a couple of items after picking my items from the food store with the help of a lovely member of staff that was filling the shelves I went to have a look at the clothing department I picked a pair of Jean's up and went to the clothing counter and asked the young girl if I could pay for my food items there also she say yes and saw that my arm was in a sling and rushed around from behind the counter to help me get the non the counter what wonderful staff I thank you all as I was struggling a little bit and never had to ask for help once they observed and came to help wish I got the names as they are really commendable

Myself and my 81 year old mother came to the store to return a pair of faulty boots today I mentioned to the assistant I had bought 2 pairs of shoes for my mother and the ones she had on the tassle was faulty she mentioned it to the assistant next and her we found her attitude disgraceful maybe should not be in customer service

Reviewed 7 October 2019Very Expensive, Poor Service, Proper Let DownWe popped in to M&S Cafe whilst shopping at Silverlink, only to find long queues, horrendous prices and very, very average food. We probably waited a good 25 - 30 minutes for our food and expected much better quality, normally M&S food is really tasty however, this was the most bland, average food we have had in a long while.Had to feel sorry for the staff as they were run off their feet and clearly understaffed for a Saturday.Sadly, we won't return or recommend to others.
