Nando's in North Tyneside

The usual chain experience.First the app would only accept half of our order.After ordering two meals at the cash register only one -incorrect meal - arrived at the table.It was eventually taken back and replaced with the correct order but the chicken on one meal was partly dry and overcooked.On the up side the staff were very pleasant and it was quite tasty but the experience and quality of food served was not worth the price.

We arrived for takeaway but Saturday night is super busy so be prepared to wait. The staff are friendly and no one was waiting past their alloted time slot. The food is good though and we enjoyed it at home. If you know you want a takeaway try and book as quickly as you can, would be my advice.

Nice Nando’s experience. I enjoyed myself and even though it was busy the food was delivered to the table swiftly as usual. Would recommend.

Arrived at 9pm an hour before closing time, the two foh staff ignored us for 5 minutes before going to the kitchen and asking loudly “do we have to serve these”. Upon being told yes they came back rolling their eyes and took us to a table. Once food was ready it was left under a hot lamp for ages as the foh staff were busy flirting with each other, so the food came out extremely dry

Good nandos and good service we got a table for 7 with about a 30 min wait on a busy Saturday night, food service was quick and the food was top notch

Service was good and the food was nice, although kids chicken did seem a bit dry. Great point is you can order from your mobile. Does get busy, wish you could book a table.

They told us to wait 10 minutes, it was actually 2. Deceptively delightful and some great chicken to boot. I'm told since it was unplanned that this particular Nando's escapade was of the cheeky variety.

Staff are lovely here, smiling and pleasant, the food is everything you expect from nandos, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Always a pleasure when I am I the area to visit here.

15 minutes late. Chicken was as dry as cured wood. They missed one of sides off the order. I rang them, but they didn’t want to know. The person I called had the a terrible phone manner and said I had to call Deliveroo. I did and they were equally as useless. Took 38 minutes just to get a £1.50 refund. Thinking about ordering? It’s a Nandon’t from me.

Nando's is one of the restaurants specializing in grilled chicken with the bone. It was very delicious, as was the grilled halloumi. As for the chicken burger, the bread was crusty and difficult to eat. I had to eat the burger without the bread, in addition to that, the soft drink machine was not working properly, and the service was excellent.
