Oriental Garden Chinese Takeaway in North Tyneside

My fiancèe favourite Chinese still was a little cold today but still lovely and tasty

I used this takeaway for the first time a few weeks ago and the food was lovely. Unfortunately though, one main and one side dish were missing from the order, despite having being paid for.I only noticed the missing items when I arrived home, so had to make a double journey. 1 star lost

Ordered our food 5 minutes after the takeaway opened. 2 hours later we are still waiting for our food. I have rang the shop to be told it wont be long. That was 1 hour ago. We WONT be using this takeaway again. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Fantastic food this evening.Chow mein, curry sauce, chips, rice, Kung Bo Chicken and crispy tofu. All delicious, however tofu was not that crispy-still good though. Also have won tons which were very tasty.Takes American Express.Delivery or collection to WB.

Doesn't even deserve one star after the fantastic customer service I have just experienced. Been a long time customer as parents in law live extremely close and has always been lovely food but will never use them again after today. There I was looking at the lunchtime menu in the window (face cover on) and the member of staff walks across to the door and turns their open sign to closed, not even an acknowledgement of a customer looking at their menu before just closing. One long serving customer that won't be returning!

Food is very good quality, always cooked to perfection and very tasty. Definitely one of the better Chinese's out there. Lunch time specials really good value and excellent selection of dishes too. I have however knocked off one star because charging £4.50 for hot and sour soup is grossly over priced. Two soups nine quid! I can't find another takeaway charging this, even the mandarin sit in restaurant in Cramlington only charge £3.80. come on guys charge a fair price or you'll lose custom.

After being lied to twice on the phone and hung up on twice after being a customer for for nearly 10 years I will not be returning. The lady on the phone is very very rude I can't believe she works in customer service.

This was the first time I have used this Chinese and I must say I was not disappointed, I will definitely be ordering again. We ordered Chicken curry and Special Chow Mein both were delicious! I would have gave 5 stars but had to give 4 because the food was only slightly warm and we had to heat it up . However it still was delicious 😋
