Tasty Middle Eastern food, with fresh and varied menu. We tasted pitta, shawarma spiced chicken, grilled cabbage and lamb. It was delicious and the ambiance was enjoyable for a night out.Follow the goats recommendations! We under ordered, and could have had one or two more plates. 3 plates per person is a good amount.

Fabulous food and a lovely chilled atmosphere. A nice choice of meze/tapas with meat and veg options. This restaurant is on the first floor and the stairs are steep. The toilets are on the next floor again!

Great little place , easy walk from the Monkseaton Metro. If there are six or more of you, I suggest you just go for two of all the small plates on the menu. Interesting beer choices too.

Had such a lovely meal tonight. The food was beautiful. The plates are quite big, we ordered far too much food for two people, but it was easy to do as there were so m a ny things we wanted to try.Started with the tzatziki and hummus with green harrisa. Both were great, the hummus was so light. The pitta we got to accompany them was soft and pillowy. For mains, the chicken shawarma was so good, amazing spicing. The pork souvlaki was tender and melting, though not quite up to the flavour standard set by the chicken.Spring green curry was great. Powerful flavours, the veg was light and had a bit of a bite to it still, as it should be.The goan seabass fry was amazing. My friend really isn't in to fish, but even she enjoyed it. Such an excellent crust, no soggyness and the sauce accompanying was excellent. We were given the aubergine with falafel by accident, instead of the aubergine and lamb we had ordered. We hadn't noticed, one of the staff had seen and came over to apologise and offer to swap. We declined and I'm glad, the falafel was excellent. My only slight complaint (and I use that word very lightly) was that the halloumi we ordered was supposed to come with baba ganoush, a salad and tomato harrisa. What we got was halloumi, red pepper sauce ad mushrooms. I hate mushrooms so much! Also love baba ganoush and was a bit sad not to have any. Having said that, the sauce and cheese were excellent and my friend LOVES mushrooms. She also said they were some of the best mushrooms she's ever had. So, we didn't say anythingThe staff were great, friendy and very attentive. We had a great night and will definitely be back

We had heard this was a great restaurant so booked for our anniversary. Not the right place for this occasion. Very noisy. Tapas dishes were generous. Some were great but the haloumi was poor. Very like choice of drink. Probably a good place to eat with a group of friends.

Fantastic food.We had 4 small plates with a pitta and hummus and were stuffed. The cauliflower bhajis and falafels were particularly delicious! However, although the alcohol menu is local, the choices were limited and expensive. The service was good but we were unable to order further drinks when it was busy.

Great atmosphere and lovely service. The food is high quality, fresh and very tasty. Great selection to choose from. Will visit again for sure.

A friendly and chilled vibe to this restaurant. From cool craft beers to beautiful flat breads, this place won't disappoint vegetarians or meat eaters alike. Friendly staff, beautiful food and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended, book ahead as demand is high!!

Quite honestly the best food that I have eaten I Whitley Bay without a doubt. Had this as a takeaway following a revamp of the menu and it’s absolutely fantastic, the food was hot and delicious and we will be back!!!

Couldn't wait to try this place and we weren't disappointed. Food was so fresh and delicious and service was excellent; even though it was fully booked we were given a table at the bar and our food was served quickly. Small menu but that just makes it easier to choose. We had fiery green beans and lamb meatballs to start followed by pork souvlaki and falafel flat bread. And some harissa fries on the side which were lush! We'll be back but will book next time to ensure a seat.
