Pizza Addict in North Tyneside

Placed an order at 7.15pm delivery time was between 8.10pm - 8.30pm.Gets to 8.50pm and still no food so I ring up to ask where it is to be told the driver left 20minutes ago and it shouldn't be long! 9.15pm comes around and still no food, I ring up again for the staff member amie to hang up the phone on me when I asked where my food was to be told it won't be long, I stated on the phone I had been told this at 8.50pm when I rang and they told me the driver left at 8.30pm, I then said so when my food does arrive it will be freezing to which she hung up on me! I rang back to ask why they'd hung up on me for the same staff member to hang up again! Absolute disgrace. I have used pizza addict for years and never ever experienced staff like it! Won't never use them again!

Never again! Have gone here for years and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt when they mess up! Can’t even get their own orders right and food wasn’t even warm when it did arrive. The lass on the phone sounded annoyed that I was angry - how does that work!. Had to wait for other part of order to arrive so rest of food was freezing when it wasn’t particularly warm in the first place! Save your frustrations and money and go elsewhere, where the staff actually have a clue what whey are doing and you get hot food that you’ve actually ordered!

Ordered food 7.30 rang 9.30 to be told its out for delivery no food ever turned up they delivered to billing address instead of delivery, not even a phone call from the restaurant when they couldn't deliver, absolute robbers!!!

Food arrived but wrong order had wait a hour to get same meal reheated chessey chips was stuck to the tin carton hair stuck in middle off it the wrap was rock hard and the chicken burger was rock hard as well plus chill carton was smashed lid was all over lost my custom

Just ordered food from pizza addict north shieldsOrdered a chicken and donner mixed kebab wrap and the chicken was RAWThis kebab wrap was cut in half and shared and both people have ate a bit of this. 1 of the persons had to spit the food back out.Rang the takeaway and they offered a new mixed wrap which as you can guess was politely refused. We said we would post a pic of the raw food to be told they did not allow pics on the reviews.Been a loyal customer but never again will we go here again.

This takeaway is great for when you're drunk/hungover and all that will do is a good greasy pizza, personally I love the New Yorker pizza from here, it's delicious and a real guilty pleasure. They also do a really good deal if you collect rather than get delivery so if you're local or can drive, it's definitely worthwhile going for collection.

It is nice. Because you have reheated my pizza in the microwave after several errors on your behalf. And it was still quite tasty. But pizza addicts customer service skills are absolutely appalling. But am on a comedown and haven't ate nout since Saturday so the lucky

Been a regular customer for 5 years and tonight they have left me fuming to the point I will never return, 1hr 30mins it took for my food to arrive, the driver couldn’t find the address and as the shop didn’t ask for my number he couldn’t contact me, when it arrived the shop never even offered a discount as after all it was their fault and it was cold! Disgusted!!!

As long as its during the day or before 8 oclock at night its really cheap!Best bang for buck price in the North shields area on pizzaFor the price of:£3.00 for a 12 inch pizza with any topping£2:00 for a 10 inch pizza with any toppingPizzas are all edible and ok, nothing to blow your mind but for the priceyou cant go wrong, (prices are correct as of today 240209)Only down side, the waiting seats area is usually full of scum so if you have young children with you prepare to hear some rather rude language but hey its cheap so what do you expect.
