Pizza Hut in North Tyneside

Surprisingly quiet. We were asked if we'd ordered via the app before we sat down - advised the waiter that we are a) retired and b) not aut fait with apps - he was very helpful with ordering etc. Only problem we had was the female member of staff with a very silly laugh that went on and on and on .........

What has happened to this place. staff need to leave costumers alone just for five minutes instead of walking past every 10 seconds it made me feel really uncomfortable , i felt targeted by one member of staff as they where pointing towards my table and giving us dirty looks and walking past constantly we got called ‘’manuals’ as we didn’t get told until right before we ordered that you can’t pay with cash,disgusted, the manager was lovely,overall i would go back if staff got more training😠!!!

Myself, my partner and our 5 year old came for the pizza buffet yesterday afternoon, the food was lovely and fresh when it came out. Unfortunately there was times when we had to wait for more to come out but it was quite busy; the other main problem being certain customers that were piling their plates high and going up for extra plates when they saw new pizzas coming out, depleting availability for everyone else. Other than that the food was delicious as usual.

The staff seen we we hadn't been seen we waited half hour and then left as we neve got seen not happy with the app as didn't work are the table code I won't be going back after my experience

Our waiter was not very efficient but the food quality was perfect

My grandchildren love this place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the lasagne and pizzas are amazing. Good value for money.

Excellent service and staff. Food great,2-3more pizza varieties could be added in the future. Decor and furniture also need updating,but overall great experience.

One very helpful member of staff was doing everything. Well done that man.

Lovely welcome and food was lovely. A bit of staff training required. We were served with no issues. But felt we were being rushed. Staff member asked to take our plates but we kindly said we were still eating. Back again in less than 5 minutes and plates taken and straight back with a bill which we hadn't asked for. Mentioned again we were using meerkat. She then brought another bill in just a couple of minutes. I then asked does this mean we cannot have a coffee or anything.she got our lattes and before we finished this there was another receipt put on our table. Asking if we were ready to pay. So we thought we would pay and not bother with deserts. Felt she was walking past us every 10 minutes, very uncomfortable.

First ones there and there was amazing food I had pizza from the buffet, pasta and salad!! The staff were funny and polite however the ice-cream sold it all hah!!
