Red Lion in North Tyneside

Went for my Sunday Lunch, go here quite alot as they have great customer service and the Sunday lunches are fantastic like. They also cater for all sorts of allergies as my mother is dairy free and they make her up her own mashed potato. Highly recommended

We'd heard good reviews of this pub, decided to book a table for a carvery Sunday lunch, we were given a table opposite the bar area, unfortunately the seats in that area are in need of re-springing, as we sunk down too far in them to feel comfortable. Self-service veg area was very untidy and the beef had dried out under the heater lamps, we must have arrived during a quiet period, as it got busier after we left, food was tasty enough, just the presentation needs to be worked on.

Friday 1st April.9 members of our family from different parts of the country had a meal at the Red Lion, Earsdon and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you to all the staff they were very impressed how lovely the food was and how efficient the staff were. Would certainly recommend.

A warm homely pub with a delicious carvery which myself and my Grandad can vouch for. Veggie options which include veggie sausages or mince with the carvery also. Easy parking.

Went for a family meal recently and throughouly enjoyed it. The 8 meals arrived at the same time all hot and fresh. Great portions too. I know that's how it should be but still worth a mention. It was midweek so no doubt it was one person in the kitchen working their socks off. Good pub grub great for the kids

Visited today for the first time in many years and we were very impressed. Food was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. It has been redecorated since our last visit and is bright and clean. Will definitely be going back.

Well worth the money, 3 lovely filling meals £8.50 each plus free dessert. Drinks of wine, shandy, orange and soda, finishing with a cup of tea bill ended up being around £30. Lovely clean friendly place, love girls working there I'd go back tomorrow!

Best chicken burger. I've passed this place for over 30years. Decided to pop in for a bite to eat.Extremely welcoming.
