Sambuca Percy Main in North Tyneside

Ordered from here following a recommendation. What a disappointment! Food delivery almost an hour late. When it arrived it was cold & tasteless with parts of order missing. I tried contacting restaurant for over 1/2 hr but phone constantly engaged. I’m guessing with other disgruntled customers!!! .we”d ordered chicken cordon bleu what arrived was a piece of chicken served in what I can only described as brown sludge which only tasted of salt. Garlic bread was cold, hard & overcooked. Pizza dry and tasteless. Totally disappointed and certainly won’t be recommending or ordering from here again.

This evening ordered penne romana in a munchie box, was cold and there was no chicken in, pizza was awful and chips were cremated. Absolutely disgusting would not recommend at all

Food excellent although smaller portions would be better. Staff very friendly. Only one negative heating doesn't come on till 12 so restaurant was freezing. Would be better if heating was put on earlier.

Came here for our family Christmas Dinner. First of all mix up with the time you were meant to be there. Second didn't get any menus as to what was on offer. However meal started with soup which was lovely..... Starter prawn cocktail was in a big bowl which was covered in far to much sauce overloaded with prawns far to much. Main course came out and everything was just piled ontop of everything couldn't see what was actually on your plate just put us off. My two grandchildren just took one look at it and wouldn't even touch it what child would eat that much food is beyond me. It would of looked more presentable with less food so you could see what you were actually eating. Everything felt so rushed we didn't even stay for our dessert. Never again would I book for Christmas Dinner again.

Food was really tasty and perfect portions, staff friendly but didn't crowd you

My grandson had his birthday party here on Mon booked for 3 kids didn't get food till gone 4 which made them very hyper waiting brought ice cream out then brought the sauce to put on before even giving kids a spoon not very organised then when kids got party bags and were a bit loud were told to be quiet wasn't impressed at all

Honestly such a welcoming place. Staff are genuinely amazing and the food is cooked exactly how you want it. Such an experience, would definitely return 👏

Now an absolute shambles, had a table booked yet weren't ready for us despite not being full.It seems no-one knows what the other is doing regarding taking orders.One of our group had pasta which was overdone, the rest of the food was just so-so.It also took nearly 2 hours from getting in until leaving.Shame because it used to be good.
