Spice Bay in North Tyneside

Food is genuinely really nice, everything feels clean and good quality and to a high standard. Not been disappointed yet. Even when an item was missed from an order, which we didnt raise to them they came back to deliver alongside extra food. All round good quality takeaway and customer service!

I have just had my first curry from Spice Bay. It was packaged properly, nice and hot and tasted delicious. Top marks to them.

Ordered Sunday special menu from Food Hub and was extremely happy with the taste and quality of the food.

When I ask for a 7pm delivery I sometimes expect it to be maybe 5-10 minutes late, but not 35 minutes early, barely warm and with specific instructions not to tip a mountain of dried mint leaves onto the salad which I personally find revolting, was completely ignored. The tandoori lamb chops were like shoe leather and again barely warm , all of which were tipped into the bin.So for future reference , when a customer asks for an ingredient to be witheld, it may be for other reasons such as allergies, which you have totally ignored, and when a time of delivery is requested as 7pm, it may be because we are expecting guests or are not at home until nearer the stated delivery time.This was the worst meal we have ever had delivered by you and after the last 2 deliveries being poor and disappointing, it will be the last, we have noticed an atrocious quality decline over the past year.

Can look sketchy at first glance but some of the best tasting and best value Indian food around.
