Been a customer from shop opening and then shop moving and renaming itself. Even tho I have now moved out of howdon and live in north shields I have still remained a customer.Ordered some food on Friday and it was disgusting the food was cold. The burger was disgusting. The chips were disgusting. The bun was hard. The chicken wrap was like slop it had garlic on we asked for no garlic. The salad on the wrap and the burger was soggy and tasteless the meal came to 19 pound and most of it went in the bin. I rang up to complain. Was told by the guy on the fone he knew i was being genuine offered to bring me more food that day but I was put off by the meal. So he said well u did get a free meal again the next time. So thought ok. Thought maybe the bad food was a 1 off so Rang up to be told by the manager that there's nothing they can do. After years of being a customer. I think.its disgusting. Never again will I order food from here
