Food is always fantastic here, really good produce and freshly cooked for you. We are regular breakfasters here. They also welcome dogs, which we love. As does our hound. Hes always greeted with a biscuit.

The staff were really friendly and the place has an amazing vibe! The music is great and the drinks were great. I had a peach iced tea and it’s definitely the drink to go for if you have a sweet tooth! I’ll definitely be coming back ☺️

The Boatyard is one of my favourite coffee shops on the coastline area, quirky decor, and pleasant staff. Over the past few years, I have only got takeaway coffees but recently tried their breakfast menu. I was not disappointed; I had the smashed avocado on toast with two perfectly cooked poached eggs on top, and my partner had the eggs benedict. Both meals were fantastic. They also do a loyalty card system so after some many coffees you get one free which is a nice touch.

So glad to visit this friendly run rustic cafe.Took my house guest, Toby a loveable ‘fur baby’. I chose the famous Boatyard ‘Full English’ and an Americarno, their coffee is excellent. My house guest was able to settle down, considering the cafe was full to capacity with a busy ongoing Lunch time rush. Many dogs were also present, as Local dog owners use this cafe. The service was excellent, and I had my meal in 20 minutes. Good quality bacon, fried mushrooms black pudding. Round of lightly toasted white bread and butter, two fried eggs where just what I needed. Good to know that they have been a part of Cullercoats business group for over 8 years.

Stopped here after being unable to get breakfast at our usual place and were pleasantly surprised! The coffee was absolutely delicious. I had the posh beans on toast which was lovely, perfect poached eggs! Lovely place, but quite small so we sat outside. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

The hot Choc was lovely. And they do vegan hot Choc which my friend relies upon. 👍👍.I noticed the place is looking tired now. Could do with a spruce up for max customer comfort, inside that is...the loo too.Overall enjoyable.Thank you cute, cosy little quirky cafe ❤️.

Delicious food and lovely staff. Pretty quick service with quite a bit of outdoor seating. Visited midday on a Friday and was fairly busy, can imagine it gets packed on a Saturday.

My wife and I had breakfast here today and it was fantastic. We ordered a vegan breakfast and a full English. They were the best cooked breakfasts we've had in ages - 10/10. We couldn't fault it at all. The coffee was great and the biscoff brownie was a delight. Highly recommend.
