Stayed here last week for work purposes I was abit skeptical about it being a pub with noise levels but it was peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Eat for the 3 nights at the restaurant and the food was lovely served with a smile. It was better than any Travelodge room you can get it was spot on.

Easily accessibleAs It has parking spaces. Due to accasional guests occupancy perhaps, the room is stale, stained shower bath walls/bathtray. Door in Room 3 was not closing, as I had to put a chair behind to barricade then I fell asleep. The other room, Room 6. Had no heating at night, so bath is not possible. It would have been much homely if the bed is free from hair...

Couldn't fault the room. It was clean and comfortable and for the price was great. Food in the restaurant was also good and not over priced

We moved nearby recently and so have tried this place a few times, always has been a nice chilled atmosphere, (apart from the Euros when it was a full of England fans and a really good night out.) Went for dinner tonight and as per usual the food was lovely, very much home style, quality pub grub with generous portions, I highly recommend the cottage pie. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Nothing bad to say about the place really, I advise stopping in for a nice pint of Guinness and some salt and pepper chips at the very least! My partner strongly believes the biscoff cheesecake is the best desert she has ever eaten.

We had a takeaway Lamb and Beef Sunday Lunch today along with a Honeycomb and Biscoff Cheesecake desert, I have to say the Dinners were so delicious, loads of meat, homemade Yorkshire Puddings, and tasty veg. Fantastic value for money and the Dinner was piping hot on Delivery. So impressed with everything we will most definitely be repeating the orders! And also one of of the best homemade cheesecakes I have ever eaten!

Parked in their carpark and went and had breakfast. Mentioned to the waitress that my car was in the carpark and she told me that it was fine. Next thing I know I was hit with Parking Charge Notice despite eating there! Literally the most expensive breakfast I've ever had costing in excess of £100. Will never be going back.

Very nice and modern place to stay, the rooms were recently updated however some guests didn't respect there work as a draw was damaged, the taps to the shower were coming away from the wall and the doors to the shower has a gap due to the doors not being in line. However the rooms are still great with some nice fancy features, yet the shower could do with some more pressure.A breakfast was included in our stay and the full English breakfast was cooked to perfection. It includes, coffee/tea or soft drink, bacon, 2 sausages, hash brown, fried egg, 1 full slice of fried bread, mushrooms, beans, friend tomatoe, black pudding. It was all in at £40 which is the best value for money hotel I have ever stopped in.The only reason why I couldn't rate a full 5 stars is cause of a bit of noise at midnight down stairs at the bar, but this is expected at a bar .
