The food has no taste not a very clean place

Me and my brother go every Thursday when we can, always have a large breakfast, toast and a cuppa for less than a tenna for both of us, lovely grub and Richard and Jan lovely people always friendly and the service is quick. Keep it up. 😀😊😋😒😋

Heated up chips that were dry as bones cost £2 for a little box. Wasnt offered a drink, place was full of condensation & the smell was disgusting. Will never step back in this place, need shut down.

This cottage kitchen is a small cafe.it sells lovely meals.all homemade.a good choice of food an snacks.and really good prices.it is always almost full of customers.it closes around 2.30. but is open early every day...

Absolutely filthy place... one lady was carrying a tea towel around while serving at the tables I wouldn't use this filthy cloth as a floor cloth. The grease is hanging of the walls and every other area. How this place hasn't been closed down before now I'll never know.

Our home from home. Pure and simple grease pit. Staff are all chatty and happy. Great choice of food, will make most things even if not on the menu.

Simple but great,I visited recently to order lunch, the place was full and everyone was happily eating looking very satisfied. The staff were so helpful according to my dietary requirements and very cheery which is always nice. The prices are also fantastic for what you get. Would definitely recommend

Acceptable food, but don't expect anything interesting or memorable, even their bacon sandwiches are sub par.Since it changed owners from being the Gormet lunch box it has lost any spark of interest, pass it by and your missing nothing new.
