Gone well down hill, over a 40min wait for food on a Saturday afternoon, not attentive staff, daughter starter came after the main. Lots of staff but they seem to wondering round picking up an odd glass and then chatting to one another behind the bar... No more food for us for now unless they can bring it back, but I will not hold our breath, shame really. Food not worth the money now.....

Had Sunday lunch, have to say it was lovely and staff were polite and pleasant. Didn't have to wait to long after ordering before meal arrived. Only down side was that they required more staff behind the bar.

Really good food, good quality and quantity. Staff were really friendly and looked after our requirements. Would certainly recommend the Pavilion

Has really gone downhill. Went today for lunch - 50 minute wait for food, staff not looking that bothered and bang-average meals from a very limited menu including burger and chips, Sunday roast swimming in gravy and burnt scampi, all for the princely sum of £75.We used to love coming here and it’s the first time since the pandemic but we won’t be rushing back. Disappointing.

Really nice place, food is great but expensive. The real shame is the service is always slow and quite poor! Coffee took 20 minutes, was cold. Really no need for it to be this way, the staff are always really nice.

Attended for tea with Santa. What a truly amazing Santa. He looked spectacular and even as an adult he had me hooked. My little boy loved him & the elf. They really took the time to speak to the children and made a really special evening for us and our children.Bar & serving staff were amazing. Food was lovely and I couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you very much for a special evening.

Went for food on Thursday, not a very good start when told that there was no pizzas available. Went with fish and chips and found that the fish was ok but the portions of the chips & mushy peas were rather small for the price of the meal. Staff were pleasant and attentive though.

The pavvillon has recently seen a steep decline. On a recent visit it was like being at a dog show. There were so many dogs barking and making a mess. The staff although friendly would rather do any task than serve. They were interacting with dogs and then serving food, very unhygienic. The place in general is grubby and could do with a full refit.

Best fish and chips I've ever had. Like chip shop style, but even better! Great cask ales too
