The Plough Inn in North Tyneside

It has been a looong time since I was in this pub, went in once and never returned, until today. The place is well decorated, the staff were great, as is normal these days, most of the walls removed creating a large L shaped room with a small beer garden at the rear. I'll have to go back to try the food..........We've have been back several times now and, the staff are still great and the chefs even better.

If you're looking for reasonably priced drinks, a delightful atmosphere, and lovely staff to match this is the place for you. I always feel so welcome here and my dog even more so, all thanks to Emma and Craig, thoroughly recommend.

Lovely visit to The Plough as always, tasty and well priced food and we didn't have to wait long at all for our food to arrive. The staff are very friendly and efficient, especially Lorraine! I would not hesitate to return here in the future should I be in the area 😊

Had the pleasure of having lunch with my Daughter and Granddaughter on Tuesday, Lorraine was absolutely fantastic she ensured we all were well fed and attended to our every need, she’s a credit to your business

Lovely food, lovely staff. So good that even our dog wants to be there!

A group of five of us ladies visited for food and a drink on a Friday night and what a great decision it was. We decided that rather than have a meal each we would have a variety of starters to share (10 in all). We all agreed that the food was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and such great value for money. We found out that the chef that night was the manager Craig so a huge thank you to him and as they say our compliments to the chef. Special thanks also to the lovely bar lad Kieran. What a breath of fresh air he is, nothing was a bother to him and he's such a canny and friendly lad. Would definitely recommend The Plough and will be going back. Oh and the wine was good too and not a bad price. 10/10

Myself and four friends made a reservation on evening of 14th January and found The Plough Inn in Killingworth village a most enjoyable night. Keiran was very attentive and supplied all asked of him in service as was the food cooked by Craig, the manager who cooked all the food ordered to an excellent standard. Worth visiting and will certainly visit again.probably at lunch time. Best regards to The Plough.

Called into The Plough on a trip to the area. What a great decision that was. A fabulous place to drink and dine. Extensive food menu of high quality. Very well laid out interior. Warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Big thank you to Lorraine for the excellent service provided and the attention show to my granddaughter. We will definitely be calling in again next time in the area.

Friendly Staff and comfortable surroundings. Lorraine is always very welcoming and she knows her stuff. Sometimes have a Disco on Friday Evenings and they play good music. Food is tasty and reasonably priced.
