On visiting the salty sea dog today, taking what we thought were empty seats we were rudely told by the bar staff that'it was her seat!' She was so rude we left the bar and went to the Quay tap house for our drinks, where we got a warm welcome from the staff!

Had a great time with friends some nice gins and the tapas was excellent really tasty an not small portions👍👍

Been wanting to try here for ages and we weren't disappointed food was amazing definitely go again

Booked a table here for a work meal at 3pm. Lads running the bar and food were fantastic! Service was great. Give me a taster glass when I couldn’t decide what I wanted to drink and the food was excellent. Will be returning with the Mrs. breath of fresh air this place

If you like a good steak, garlic prawns and giant onion rings, this is the place for you.Thick cut skin on chips, or seafood loaded fries with a side of aioli dip. Beef brisket, and Thai fishcakes. It has a surf and turf menu that caters for all.Great beer on draught and a decent selection of wines.The only downside is they don't stock any alcohol-free options.Other than that, a great place for lunch or an evening meal out.

Stopped off on a bike ride for a break. We had chunky chips and lager in the sun. Staff are so nice and their chips are the best!

This bar has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It has a new upstairs bar and a function room on the top floor. It has a great range of cocktails and drinks and the prices are reasonable at around £6.50 per cocktail.

Lovely little place, staff were pleasant and food was fab. We had 2 lots of the tapas deal (4 tapas and 2 drinks) with a couple of extras on the side. There were 3 in my party but many would be able to simply share 1 tapas deal between 2... we are ganits though and could have happily had a tapas deal each Haha. Will definitely be back soon

Great place to go for lunch. Delicious tapas, the food was beautiful. Really well priced too, £20 for 4 tapas including 2 drinks (beer or wine). The decor was really quirky too, a really nice touch. I'll definitely be coming back again.
