Turknaz Restaurant in North Tyneside

Tasty, full of flavour food, big plates. We had a cold and hot starters, we were 4 adults. If you are after small plates, or not hungry, have directly the main couse as the starters are just delicious and plenty to get full. We had a main and desert and we were rolling when we went home🤣Highly recommended the restaurant and the waiters were really polite and weren't disturbing you every 5 minutes to ask you if the food it good, but were around if you needed anything.

Absolutely superb! Can not believe our luck - on a weekend visit to Whitley Bay with family, we liked the look of the place and were lucky to get in for a birthday dinner celebration. Atmosphere (great live music, a very talented guy singing with acoustic guitar), food and service (especially Omer) all wonderful, completely amazing. Thanks for a fab evening!

This is way the nicest Turkish Restaurant I've ever been too.The staff are super nice, chatty & funny. Shout out to our waiter, Omer!The lamb was absolutely divine, the best I've ever had, tender and super tasty. Even the rice was amazing.Excellent atmosphere all round, well decorated, well located and on the sea front. If you haven't been, do it. You won't be disappointed, the resturant has it all! 🤗

Ordered mix barbeque. In general the meat was very well cooked, tender, and juicy. Very good amount for the price .The salmon salad was well cooked but not juicy and the salad was plain, pricy for what I got.Very good services.

A memorable visit to this quality restaurant. Served by highly professional staff and the food was excellent, everything made on site by highly talented chef's. VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. In this climate of rising costs they have resisted passing this on to the customer. Owner of business was very attentive and a most hospitable host. Will definitely return.

It was a mixed experience during our visit. First off,the presentation and staff were very welcoming and the tables were well set. The variation in experience came in terms of meals. One of the party found the meal was excellent, two found the meat dishes lacked flavour. I have heard from lots of people who rate this restaurant highly, however, on this occasion I found it was okay.

Utterly superb food - cooked to perfection, venue - overlooking the sands and staff - friendly, attentive but not intrusive. Oh, and absolutely spotless toilets! You can see why this is a very popular venue.
