Food is delicious but unfortunately often delivered incredibly late. Often wait an extra 45-60 minutes past confirmed delivery time to receive food. Have also on occasion rang to find out order has been forgotten altogether.

Firstly, the food is faultless, the service was quick and the staff are very pleasant. Can’t fault them, would highly recommend.

Order all the time food always tasty never had a problem. Great staff always up for a laugh.

Amazing, nothing else’s has to be said, the young man in the front with half a beard, legendary worker makes me smile and makes me want to come even when I’m not ordering

Absolutely appalling service. Avoid at all costs.In summary, our food was 40 minutes late. It was cold, and the driver dropped it everywhere, leaving the whole order in a complete mess. All of this could be excused as a bad day, however the way we were treated by the supervisor cannot be.We phoned up to complain and I was called a liar by the supervisor, who then wanted the food back as proof, because he didn't believe me, even though the driver was able to confirm what had happened. He was extremely rude and aggressive, and clearly out of his depth. despite the driver saying that he would return to replace the order with some hot food that hadn't been spilled all over the bag, the supervisor refused to even discuss a refund until the food had been returned, claiming that we were the only one of 50 orders that had experienced a problem that night.We agreed to give the food back to the driver and whilst we waited for him to arrive, we had to phone a number of times to ask when the driver was coming to collect. I was told that he would arrive whenever he was available. The supervisor then called me back to pull me up on my complaint. He tried to persistently talk over me and told me I was acting like a child. After we hung up on him twice for being rude and abusive, this supervisor then proceeded to text me several times in an attempt to continue the argument.We were highly insulted at the level of rudeness and persistent attempts to contact me.The driver who came to collect the food was a really nice bloke who fully agreed that the supervisor in question was excessively rude and out of order, having had his own experiences by the sound of it.After all this, when the food was returned. the supervisor texted me again to say that he would "except the refund." We await payment and wonder how long this business will be driven into the ground by an incompetent and inexperienced supervisor.

Pre ordered meal before I went to work at 11am ordered for delivery at 2100 meal came on time. Lovely and hot very tasty would highly recommend . And fast forward ordered meal last night again pre ordered for 7.30 waited and waited tried phoning but obviously had phone of the hook. So at 8.45 decided I would just cook something, meal turned up at after 9 I sent it back even tho I had paid for it. Shocking service definitely won't be back

Ordered on a Saturday night so expected a wait, at time of ordering wait time was 50mins-1 hour. However, our meal didn’t arrive until over an hour and a half later. Nan bread was cold and pakora was entirely soggy and went in the bin. Curry sauce was good but chicken in curry not great to be honest. Luckily a few options for takeaways in Whitley Bay as we won’t be back here.

Sad thing is the food was excellent but the place needs a refresh. It's falling apart and the arguing staff in the kitchen and inattentive front of house detract somewhat from the fantastic food.

Travelled over from north shields to get a couple of box meals they were advertising on facebook and their website only to be told when i got there they had stopped doing them the day before. No apology or anything. Visited around 1800 on 23/09. Still being advertised so be wary of any offers before you trek over like i did.
