Don’t normally review, however couldn’t not as our food was awesome tonight! Piping hot and super tasty 😋

Normally great food but the last meals were awful. Chicken, rice, curry sauce and chips. The rice was well overcooked, not sure how long ago the chicken was cooked, topped with chips and congealed curry sauce. Only got a 3 star because previous meals have been good.

House special chow main was burnt and dry little to no meat. I asked for a pinch of salt on my chips they but enough on to give a rhino blood cloth. My meal ended up in the bin. Avoid I will definitely not be going there again

What's going on ? .Just ordered a curry king prawn and mushroom curry and the curry was like diluted gravy!!.I went back too you because you used to do nice curry sauce. £11 for this,Disgraceful up your game 🤬😡

After waiting nearly 90 minutes, I get a call to hear that the delivery cannot be delivered if they have to go up stairs. My message when placing the order specified top floor. (£2 delivery fee). The same person delivered here before. They also got the order wrong (sauce). Rice and the sauce had a burnt after taste. Unpleasant and cold. I should have read the other reviews, but my previous order was lovely.

Even before I got the meal I had a rude response when I phoned up to ask about my food order. As I had a message to say it was on its way. Then half hour later saying it was to be delayed another half hour. So I phoned them. A female geordie accent person answered and was quite rude. Repeating what I said in a derogatory manner and then when I asked her to check up on it she said ' I would have if you had of giving me your details' in a very short sarcastic manner. No miss you didn't! You queried my message I got off you and only asked for my details when I mentioned them.The food came late as I was expecting. And then it was cold.So not that impressed and the service will surely put me off again in future. As it really leaves a bad taste in the mouth when they have a mouthy person on the end of the phone.My tip. Find another restaurant.

Sweet and sour very poor, watered down, no flavour and hardly any sauce. Salt and chilli chips were terrible, very small portion which was also tainted with the distinct taste and smell of burnt food. Rice cold and also appeared to be egg free! Rest of food less than average to say the least.

Poor service and worse front of house. After no apology when I rang, just 'yes it's late it will be a few more minutes' (it was 40mins late) the food arrived. Starter was very tasty hence its worth a one star, the rest was average at best and way overpriced. I wish I had read the reviews before I used them. I am as likely to use them again as they are to read this review. They are as likely to post a response as I am to get a unicorn for Christmas.

I bought chinese for the first time yesterday ' never again chow mein was like straw . with hardly any meat or prawns .and house special curry was like water no taste .the duck starter was all dry.u pay good money and still didn't get free prawn cracker s . terrible

Ordered a king prawn dish, good quality prawns and amount of prawns, but the sauce was thin and runny, chunks of onion and veg, no care taken, chips or rice was at extra cost.The second dish was meant to be a house special sweet and sour flavour, seemed to be soy sauce and loads of sugar, no house special, no pork, or chicken, or beef, no shrimp, just several king prawns with huge chunks of onion and green pepper in a water overly sweet sauce, again chips or rice were at extra cost, so basically £16 for two watery dishes with king prawns and huge chunks of onion and green pepper, with a bag of chips and a carton of sticky fried rice that seemed to have just been reheated. Won't be going back, over priced, wrong order, poor presentation, rushed, terrible sauces and can't even get an order right.
