Four of us had pensioners meals and we all thought they were excellent. This meal is great value and a perfect size. The fish was very fresh The location is good and the premises very comfortable. Service was quick and pleasant. I'd have no hesitation returning.

A little greasy, but it's all grease-based, so that's to be expected. I honestly don't really like fish and chips usually: they all taste the same to me nowadays. But the fish and chips here at A Corvi we're the best I've had in a long time. It's basic. There are no frills, and when it comes to basic food, that's a good thing. There is a sit-in part of the restaurant, and dog friendly, as well as takeaway.

Good old fashioned chippy, serving all the usual chip shop food, sit in or take away, large portion of fish and chips served, food cooked perfect. Toilet available for customers. Staff very friendly.

Stumbled upon this while looking for somewhere for dinner and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was good at a reasonable price.

Best fish and chips I've had for a long time,,,chips where to die for and fish and batter was so tasty

Came by because it’s a bit off the beaten track but the reviews were good and it did not disappoint! The fish was cooked fresh for us and it’s skin off as standard which I love. The chips though were okay it of those world! So delicious and flavourful. It’s dog friendly and has seats inside but with such a short walk down to the quay it’s win win either way.

Great chips, although that's all we got and took out. Inside of restaurant is quite dark and dated - looks like it needs some love or a clean

ÂŁ8 fish and chips, bread and butter and a cup of tea. Bargain and extremely good all round. Fish was moist and perfectly cooked. Batter was light and crispy. Great lunch for all of us.

Our goto fish n chip shop in Berwick. The fish was fantastic light and flaky batter and very tasty. The chips were outstanding I think this must be one of the very few chip shops left making their own chips. That good I had to get an extra portion of chips for us to share haha. Very fairly priced for what you get. Whilst it's a little out of the way it's 100% worth the walk :)

Easily one of the best fish and chips we've had, ignore the swanky restaurants elsewhere and head here for some traditional deliciousness, staff were super friendly aswell.
