Ace Pizza in Northumberland

If I could rate this less I probably would. Almost an hour late. Cold, kebab was dripping with grease had to spit it out. pizza was burnt black. and the chips were undercooked. Will definitely not be going there again. The delivery driver started shining his torch up through our bedroom window before he even reached the front door which was creepy and then was making unprofessional remarks at the door. Appalling

Will never order again. Both cheesy chips and nachos were all cold. And when I called I got swore at and hung up on. Excellent customer services NOT

Chips were awful undercooked and were freezing as well as nachos were disgusting and freezing tried to ring to complain bloke on the phone was lovely until we mentioned we would like to complain then his attitude completely changed he turned nasty then hung up the phone on us we tried ringing back numerous times he just wouldn’t pick up we tried ringing on another number he answered all polite then we asked him not to hang up and hear us out he got nasty again and hung upI’ve never known anything like it disgusting 🤮 food and really bad customer service never ever will I go back please stay clear !!

A friend ordered pizzas to be delivered to three separate houses for 7pm two out of three got them at 7.45 they were cold and burnt. Mine turned up at 8.20 so I told driver to take it back. Don't touch this place with a barge pole.

The cancer I got was worth the juicy kabab. always love a meal that leaves a puddle of grease in it's wake.

Although eating one of these bad boys may halve the diameter of your blood vessels, I think the price is deserved as the kebab pizzas are pure heavenly.

Having tried to order twice on Just Eat and it being cancelled, we called the restaurant and were rudely told that we were too far away (5miles!) And they were too busy! If they can't cope with the demand then do not advertise that they can deliver to places outside of their comfort zone.

Ordered lastnight.. received order far too quick (15 minutes after being told an hour delivery time) so I believe it was already made a reheated! Pizza and garlic bread were hard.. chips were cold. Very disappointed!

Got two burgers came in 45 minutes but they forget to add chips when we order, we rang back up and asked for our chips they wanted us to pay for the chips and delivery it took over an hour, and when they got here it tastes like they were warmed up in the microwave and all black, brown and soggy.WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

Ordered a tuna pizza but the dough wasn't cooked on the bottom, really soggy and doughy. I pinched the bottom and it was like play dough. It was delivered quickly but would have preferred ot stayed in the oven longer! Wouldn't order again, sorry.
