Ashianna in Northumberland

This Indian is so special, the food is amazing I have never visited an Indian restaurant so good. The food is so fresh and tasty, presented well, piping hot and expertly cooked

First try of takeaway at ashianna but will be returning . Very nice restaurant , takeaway just great , friendly staff good food and very nicely decorated.

Food was really good, as was value. Lamb laziz was tasty and spicier than I expected.

The Ashianna is and has been our favourite restaurant for over 10 years. The food is amazing and consistent. The restaurant is always finished to a really high standard and a really nice dining experience. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Takeaway are available which we sometimes choose to do if we're making last minute plans. Plenty of parking at the rear car park but sometimes you can get parked on the main street. Beer on tap and a large selection of drinks.

Gorgeous restaurant. And the food was fantastic. Lovely glass of Rose too. Definately will be back we were well.looked after.

Disgusting customer service.Rang up, requested no onions or peppers on my order - got half my sentence out and the guy on the phone cut me off saying no, no nothing like that on this order (brilliant, OK) Got it home and peppers on. Rang up, spoke to a man who passed me to the chef. Chef says order only states no onions. I explained I cant say what's written only what wad asked for etc. Offered to remake for me but I said no thanks just after a refund. Took it straight back untouched, where the owner ARGUED with me about the wrong order. I get the place was busy and understand people make mistakes but after arguing and blaming me for at least 5 minutes I will NOT be back. Disgusting the way he spoke to me. I am appalled. I didn't go in angry or kicking off, just went in for a refund. Disgusting.

Had the tapas..tasty but beef was tough. 9 dishes included 2 starters..3 main..1 pudding ..rice and nan. Very small tasters. Better off choosing from main menu. Having said that my partners dish was lukewarm warm. Not as good as it used to be. Service for drinks slow too.

Best Indian restaurant in Northumberland, highly recommended, staff are brilliant nothing is ever a problem, very friendly, and the food is the best quality you can get. Judging by my remarks you must try.
