Tasted absolutely fantastic, no grease

Disappointed in wrap tonight normally good portion but feel like got a wrap with just sauce need to get there act together and communication

Lovely food at good prices can't knock it at all

Ordered for collection, said it'll be ready to pick up in 20mins. Went to pick it up and the order hadn't even been started had to wait another 15mins for them to start it then when they did start to do the order they kept stopping to serve other people that had walked in after. Overall not a good experience and not the best food.

Disappointed. The delivery was late and my fish bites are bland and they are still raw. The chips are ok, the curry sauce and mushy peas were gorgeous. First time ordering from bait box and I won't be ordering from you again. I was craving for fish and chips, so disappointed in what i got.

We normally come here on a regular for the odd lunch and dinner with no issue but our meal tonight was enough to give me poisoning if I touched it, Our order was wrong to begin with however the women over the phone apologized for that however after eating the food the absolutely raw most of all the chips were rock hard. which we phoned about Again. to have the owner over the phone this time to which there was no apology at all or come get fresh food it was "I'll Keep and Eye on it Goodbye!" Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!! New Owners with a disgusting attitude!

Food was nice but shame u serve rations. Kebab meat chips 5.50. Smallest portion of kebab ever. 7 strans if lucky. You have the quality but no value for money. I would be embarassed to serve the portion i got

Very disappointing - the food itself wasn’t bad - but the cheap beef dripping they use, totally spoilt our meal. The chips were greasy and had a nasty aftertaste and the scampi had an ‘air space’ between the batter and the actual scampi and the coating tasted disgusting! My husbands burger in batter was hard, thin and had the same aftertaste.The fat they use must be the cheapest, nastiest beef dripping, ever!The lady serving behind the counter was very pleasant and said there was nothing she could do, because she didn’t fry the food and said the establishment was being sold. The current owner, an Indian lady, wasn’t bothered at all; she didn’t even come and discuss my complaint and stood at a distance with no concern, whatsoever! Very disappointed, since half of it went in the bin.

Got mixed kebab, very little chicken very few chips and whole thing with sauce was WRAPPED IN PAPER!!! so the sauce absorbed into the paper, couldnt even put it in a carton!!

Fantastic FISH AND CHIP SHOP it's been there years, the fish and more so thefish-bites are massive, chips are chunky real chippie chips,helpful, supa friendly, even offered to carry are order to car for us.Thanks for ya supa service and fantastic food, - the kebab wraps are spot on as well!
